'Had a beautiful , spacious and very comfortable 4 poster double/king sized bedroom. Breakfast options were extremely varied and plentiful, both cold and hot choices. Good to see fresh fruits avaliable quality local.produce sourced. Dining room very attractive; staff warm, hospitable but very efficient. 'I grew up in Teesside in the 80's and live in the US - I fully recommend this hotel. The room was above the Three Tuns pub across the street - I guess they run both properties. My room had new bathroom fixtures and a great walk-in shower. My deal also included a full English breakfast downstairs which I'd recommend if you want to go hiking around Sheep Wash/Cod Beck for most of the day.

Comfy lounge with plenty of interesting reading materials. Unusually for online-booked B&Bs of this era breakfast was INCLUDED - as it should be for an £80 overnight stay! Dark sky provided at no extra charge! Excellent.'

'Great place to stay on a working farm. Room was spacious with a good kitchenette. There is a small, well stocked store to buy food/drinks onsite which is helpful as the location is not near shops. Location is great being right near the walking and cycling trails. '

'Prima hotel en mooie kamer. Goede locatie als je naar The Stockton Globe gaat. De bedden zijn wel erg hard en er zit een brandmelder boven het bed die elke paar seconden knippert. Hierdoor hebben wij niet goed geslapen.
De foto's die hierbij staan van het mooie strand en de pier zijn wat misleidend, aangezien dit een half uur verderop ligt met de auto. Niet bij het hotel dus!'
