'The bedrooms are amazing and very comfortable with all the high end appliances . The beds were very large and the bedding again top of the range. The breakfast was served to us and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were very attentive and professional. Would highly recommend '

'I stayed at this hotel three night for business on the other side of the road. Apart from the obvious really convenient location i was surprised by the high level of comfort in this fairly good priced hotel. Everything is brand new, good airconditioning, comfortable bed, big tv and powerfull shower. The room is basic but very modern, everything you need is exactly at the location where you need it (like usb ports around the bed). I had a great stay and will definately come back'

'Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

'We went there with some friends for an afternoon tea which was fantastic, the food was lovely. We stayed overnight and our room was very spacious clean and tidy. The only thing I would say was the spa area was terrible, the changing rooms were not very nice, the changing room doors were broken, the lockers were in a terrible state and the windows around the pool had lots of leaks, moldy and not fitted properly. But otherwise all good. '

'Place needs a pool and hot tub. Sink and tap design are very powerful so less is more.small fridges and in room safes would be a welcome addition to the top notch accomdations'
