'Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. The garden is amazing with at least two incredible heritage oak trees and many beautiful spaces to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Everyone loved the swing. 'This property was terrific and Steve was a pleasure to work with. We stayed in California for a week and our stay at this property was our most relaxing by far. A short walk to multiple beaches where we watched surfers and took in the sunsets. Cool neighborhood with a very nice vibe. Great coffee and burrito shop a few blocks away with great food and java.
