Our newly remodeled cottage is centrally located within 10 minutes to I-75, and blocks from Historic Downtown Sweetwater. You’ll feel like you’re in a storybook scene as you stroll through the downtown shops and antique stores, grab a scoop of ice cream at the local creamery, and maybe some libations are on the agenda—check out the local beer garden at Sweetwater Taps.

We’ve taken time to personally curate an inviting, cozy, home away from home for your enjoyment. Whether you’re on vacation, visiting family, or staying longer term for a relocation or job assignment, we’ve created a comfortable space with generous amenities to ensure you’re taken care of during your stay.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and pretty much everything one needs to cook a feast.
The living room is super comfy with a large sectional couch to sprawl out on after a long day of exploring or after you’ve completed a work shift. There’s a smart TV where you can stream all your favorite programs using your personal accounts. Simply login and melt into the couch for some chill time with family and friends.
The first bedroom has a super comfortable king sized hybrid mattress, on a sturdy, supportive bed frame. Extra blankets and pillows are provided.
The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds with hybrid mattresses, plus a comfortable trundle with thick memory foam mattress. Extra blankets and pillows are provided for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of one locked kitchen cabinet and a locked cabinet in the twin bedroom closet.

Guests may reach us by messaging directly through the booking platform.

There is a Ring security camera doorbell at the front facing entrance. This device can be used in the unusual event of a lock malfunction. Simply ring and it notifies me, whereby I can answer live and help with any difficulties entering.

Please note that biweekly housekeeping is required for stays over 14 days, at an additional fee of $75 per cleaning needed. This includes linen service, and light housekeeping. We request that guests clear surfaces and sinks to allow for cleaning.
