Dik in orde
Prima locatie om de Dode Zee te ervaren. Fijne connecting rooms. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan Wadi Majib, Mount Nebo en Madaba. Uitstekend ontbijt in wat massale en chaotische ontbijtzaal. Het Libanese restaurant Mezza serveert bijzonder, uitstekend en vooral veel eten. Zwembaden ruim en schoon,

We hadden deze accommodatie uitgezocht omdat het aan de dode zee ligt. En het zag er mooi uit op de foto’s. Het hotel geeft ons een gevoel van vergane glorie. Het modderbad en de dode zee zijn prima. Het is er ook schoon. En personeel reageerde alert. Het ontbijt was echter de slechtste die we in de 10 dagen Jordanië reis genuttigd hebben. Stevig aan de prijs. Wel de nodige zwembaden waarbij er ook baden zijn waar kinderen niet gewenst zijn. Dus dat is prima. Al met al een ok hotel van waaruit wij binnen 20 minuten bij Wadi Mujib waren

Great hotel at the Dead Seaside
We were very pleased with an upgrade to a room with view at sea. Friendly people at the reception, comfortable room, clean and everything we needed was present. Separate towels for the seaside were provided. Dinner and breakfast were very tasteful. We would stay here again!

Mooi, groot hotel met veel faciliteiten. Zwembaden zijn prima en je kan lopen naar de dode zee.

Aangenaam hotel met lekker eten
Fijn hotel vlak aan de dode zee, met zwembaden. Je kan je met modder insmeren en in de zee gaan liggen.

MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED, I spent 2 nights here, the location is good if you wish to experience the dead sea, but the location is out of the way and you can incur phenomenal transportation costs. When I told the front desk they tried to make every excuse for not claening my room, they went so far to say that my wife asked that the room not be cleaned, funny thing, I traveled solo and stayed alone at the hotel at all times. TO this day, no apology has been forthcoming from management about the failure to clean my room, there is no excuse for failing to clean a room, save that issue, my stay was generally pleasant

Hotel perfetto per un soggiorno nel mar morto. Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi con una breve passeggiata. Stanza grande, pulita e confortevole. Wifi ben funzionante Colazione a buffet molto ricca e varia. Sicuramente da consigliare. Unica nota negativa, se si può dire, in quella zona, oltre a qualche altro albergo ed un mini centro commerciale, non c’è assolutamente nulla.

Buona esperienza, bello l’hotel!
Bellissimo hotel, la camera grande, purtroppo con due letti singoli, ma siamo stati noi a non reclamare la cosa subito, quindi abbiamo deciso di tenere la camera assegnata! Da bere nel frigo gratuito con bibite acqua, tutti i kit necessari disponibili (sapone, bagnoschiuma, Shampoo pettine, kit cucito…). Alla reception parlano tutti i solo ed esclusivamente arabo e inglese, non conosco nessun altra lingua, Secondo mio punto di vista in un hotel di questo livello avrebbero dovuto avere del personale che conoscessi almeno tre lingue. Per quanto riguarda la discesa al mare non è niente di che, ma noi siamo andati a dicembre ! Comunque loro ti danno il telo dell’hotel, i fanghi che sono disponibili a tutti sulla spiaggia e anche i sali naturali per farti lo scrub, l all’ingresso c’è un metal-detector per controllare cosa entra nell’hotel, questo è molto apprezzato! Le piscine sono molto belle, anche se noi non le abbiamo utilizzate. Per quanto riguarda il loro accoglierti sono gentilissimi soprattutto al mattino dove facevamo colazione. la colazione ampia è di buona qualità, ne offrono tutti i gusti. Siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno in questo hotel, ma soprattutto siamo felici di avere visitato la Giordania perché Giordani sono un popolo veramente ospitale e la Giordania veramente bella.

Disappointing
For a gated resort on the Dead Sea I was hoping for a little more. Room was spacious and well-equipped, nice little balcony with a view of the sea. The bathroom was also nice and had a bath, though you can’t actually use it, there is no plug. The private Dead Sea “Beach” was a big draw and there is easy access to the waters. Would be nice if they made a little more effort to prepare the area for guests, maybe remove some of the sharp stones or grade the sand a little. It is just some loungers and chairs put on the coast line with a few showers that barely worked, though the mud packs and bar are nice to have there. The pools are decent, if a little shabby around the edges, but certainly fun and the water slide a nice addition. The restaurant was very disappointing. The menu was uninspiring, general international dishes, the quality of the food was poor and the service almost non-existent. Just consistently disappointing.

An ok hotel, needs improvement
The hotel is overall ok. However, the room given to us upon checking in does not really have a good seaview, even though we specifically booked and paid for a seaview room. This is quite disappointing. The kettle does not switch off automatically even after water is boiling. Also, the bath tub stopper is either missing of badly leaking so the tub could not be used. Restaurant staff are friendly, but restaurant charge hefty price for drinks.

We got an upgrade after......
When we arrived there was black hairs on the bed and the pillow was dirty. The fridge had mould and was really disgusting.We complained at the reception and showed them some pictures of the room. We received an upgrade to a suite which was a huge luxury room.

You can walk right down to the Dead Sea. They have mud there for you, which is a cool experience. The pools are very nice, and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was pretty good. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay at the Dead Sea
We really enjoyed our short stay at this lovely hotel. We were quickly checked in and given an upgraded room with a beautiful full sea view. The spacious room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The large buffet breakfast and dinner were good too. We enjoyed the small beach, where we could float in the sea, and there were buckets of mud available.

The staff were amazing, they upgraded my room from a normal room to a superior with a sea view, though the couch had spots and needs deep cleaning , but the rest of the room was very clean, the view from the room was amazing.

reasonably priced resort right on Dead Sea
Modern resort with large rooms and balcony, restaurant, several pools, access to protected bay of the Dead Sea. Very large selection of foods at breakfast buffet in large dining area. Gated entrance to the hotel.
