The "Tower 12" flat in Świnoujście is particularly appreciated by our guests for its excellent location, high standard of finish and original furnishings. Our flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood in a modern high-rise building, which was completed in January 2020 and is part of the "Platan Complex" complex. In the immediate vicinity of the "Platan Complex" there is a fitness studio, a Thai massage studio and a bicycle hire centre. There are shops such as Biedronka supermarket and LIDL nearby, as well as a wide range of bars and restaurants. The flat is also just 700 metres from the German-Polish border crossing. The nearby UBB train station also makes it easy for you to travel to Germany. It is a very spacious and luxurious flat on the first floor with two large bedrooms, a dressing room, a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. Its total area is 70 m2. The usable area is extended by the balcony, where you can spend pleasant moments while enjoying a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a glass of your favourite wine.Guests also have a parking space in the neighbouring building at their disposal - for a fee - which significantly increases the comfort of travelling and can be especially desirable for families with children. The flat is furnished in a minimalist style with expressive glamour motifs: The eye is dominated by muted colours, grey, beige and white with a balanced yellow accent like a ray of sunshine, as well as beautiful wooden details, subtly smuggled into modernity furniture or accessories that warm up the interior and delight with their texture and unconventional look. In addition, high-gloss lacquered furniture not only lends elegance and a certain lightness to the individual elements of the interior, but also brings a casual style to the room and perfectly complements the arrangement. As a result, this extremely spacious flat radiates calm and promises cosiness and relaxation. Here, attention is paid not only to the aesthetic value of the room, but also to the individual needs of the guests, with functional furniture such as a spacious sofa, large and comfortable beds and a dressing table.
