The apartment is located in a renovated building over a hundred years old in the heart of the Swinemünde promenade at 5 Żeromskiego Street.
Before the war, this address was home to a well-known café and the popular Hotel Jester; in the postwar period, it housed the Katowiczanka Sanatorium. Today, there is a pharmacy on the first floor.
The building has an elevator and a small bike rack. The building has four stories. The elevator goes up to the third floor; to reach the fourth floor, you must use the stairs.



Studio WYDMA (ZE34):

The studio is located on the 4th floor (top floor) of a building equipped with an elevator. The elevator goes up to the third floor; to reach the apartment, you’ll need to take the stairs up one more flight. It has an area of approximately 35 m², part of which is under a sloped ceiling. The apartment is equipped to accommodate 1–4 people. It features two single beds with mattresses (90x200 cm) located under the sloped ceilings, as well as a double bed (140x200 cm), a dining table with chairs, a built-in closet, a TV, and a small kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The windows in the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom face east. The kitchen and bathroom have skylights with blinds. Kitchen amenities include a built-in refrigerator, an electric kettle, necessary dishes and cutlery, and air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available. Parking is not guaranteed. You can park your car on the street for a fee (paid parking zone year-round). A secure, paid parking lot is located about 350 meters from the apartment. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
