The master bedroom and a second bedroom are located on the upper floor. The high ceilings are a distinctive feature. The bathroom features a built-in bathtub and a double sink. A shower room with a separate toilet is located on the same floor.

In addition, this half of the house features a private sauna, rainforest shower, whirlpool tub, and wellness shower, as well as an utility room with a washer and dryer.
