First bedroom - 2 XL twin beds that can be converted into a king
Second bedroom - bunk beds with queen on bottom and full on top
Also, a queen sofa sleeper.

Full kitchen with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. Coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, pans, pots, plates, silverware etc...

Garage
Fish cleaning station, TV, air/heated, full fridge, grill/smoker, microwave, games, beach wagon with accessories.

Large screen TV, Internet, fireplace, comfy couches and chairs.

Patio/Porch
Covered porch with furniture and gas firepit.

Guests have access to the whole cottage.

If the property should sell, we will inform the new owner of all current bookings to encourage continuity and minimize any disruption to your plans.
