The open space features a kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, a double sofa bed, garden view and a smart TV. The sleeping area consists of a triple bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed. A bathroom, equipped with a shower box and bidet completes the layout.At guests' disposal amenities such as washing machine, air conditioning and heating throughout the accommodation. Adjacent to Casa Mimmo, there is a second apartment owned by the same property, making it a suitable accommodation for both individual families and larger groups.*The accommodation has two entrances: the first one is located on Necropoli Grotticelle Street, which is exclusively pedestrian, where stopping and parking by car is not possible; the second entrance is located on Sebastiano Agati Street, from which a driveway gate can be reached, and where luggage can be conveniently unloaded/loaded.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
