Hi David. Our public check-in hours are from 2pm to 9pm! You arrived at 1 in the morning after having a night out in Taormina and you got smart by booking for 1 adult when instead you were 2 and also with separate beds (obviously the extra bed is paid for with a supplement). You chose breakfast at 11 when instead you should have checked out at 11 as a rule. We allowed you to stay another half hour and you left 1 hour later. You didn't want to pay for late check-in or extra bed by insulting us and saying 'Sicilia Mafia'. Next time go to a 5 star hotel with 24 hour reception and learn the manners.Bye bye
