Charming lakefront cottage,private lake & dock, perfect secluded getaway

A perfect serene getaway right on your own private lake in Syracuse, Indiana. Take in all the sights and sounds of nature on this non motor lake. There are 2 kayaks for adults 2 kayaks for kids and a paddle boat. If you enjoy water sports, the biggest lake in all of Indiana-Lake Wawasee is just a 3 min drive away. Boat rentals are nearby as well. There are life jackets and fishing poles and fire pit perfect for s’mores and memories. This charming cottage features 4 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like a hair dryer, heating, and AC during their stay. There is a queen bed on the main level by bathroom. There are two queen beds in loft area offering amazing views. There is a queen bedroom in basement as well as game area, bathroom and fold out couch. Walk out patio on both levels. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking or baking.
There are fun activities and festivals throughout the year. There are numerous restaurants and cafes and shopping. There are hiking and bike trails all around. You will be counting the days until you can return!
Since this is a private lake it’s important to pay attention to a few ground rules. We could lose our rights to the lake if rules aren’t followed. The biggest one is partying outside loudly esp after hours. If you bring your fav furry friend please make sure to keep them on a leash when outside & thanks for cleaning up their poo. There is room to park 2 cars maybe 3 small ones but that’s about it at the property. There are some designated parking lots of sorts around but you will have to walk (half mile)if bringing more cars etc. Please be sure to not park on another’s property. Thank you for not smoking on the property. It’s a 4 mile walk around the lake if you feel the urge it’s a beautiful walk! Thanks for not leaving fire unattended after those s’mores!
