VILLA JAQUETTA - PLEMMIRIO
This stunning modern villa is found in the heart of the Plemmirio Nature Reserve and offers a private and heated swimming pool overlooking the sea. The villa is just a few hundred metres from the sea and a few minutes’ drive from Syracuse. You can easily visit many beautiful places in the area including the baroque towns of the Noto Valley, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari.

Main Villa (sleeps 8 + 1)

On the ground floor (accessed from outside, and independent from the rest of the house) you will find a living/dining room (with sofa bed) and a kitchenette. Here, you will also find one double bedroom (with a double bed) and one bathroom (with a shower) and a patio.

On the first floor, you will find a large living area with a sitting area (with sofas), a dining area (with a table that seats 10) and a well-equipped kitchen area. There is also one bathroom (with a shower), a changing room and a laundry room.

On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (with a king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with a shower), one double bedroom (with a double bed), one twin bedroom (with bunk beds), one bathroom (with a shower) and a large terrace.

Annex 1 (sleeps 2)
Annex 1 consists of one double bedroom (with a king size bed and mini bar), one bathroom (with shower) and a patio.

Outside, the villa features a large garden (3,000 sqm) with a saltwater heated swimming pool (5 m x 10 m; depth 1.4 m; heated at 24-26°C; Open 1 March – 30 November) and a large sun terrace (with sun loungers). There is also a shady dining area (with table and chairs), an outdoor kitchen (with a barbecue and sink) and a shady sitting area overlooking the pool (with a comfortable outdoor sofa and small table).
