Situated in a lovely part of Sicily close to Syracuse, Villa Krizia is a private villa with a private pool. Just 2 km from the sea and 4 km from the historic centre of Syracuse, the villa is ideal for those who want to be close the beach and amenities such as shops, banks and restaurants. There is plenty to see and do in the area.

You can visit charming baroque towns such as Syracuse and Noto or the nature reserves of the River Ciane and Cavagrande del Cassibile. Also within easy reach is the beautiful protected area of Plemmirio and the popular beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche.

The 200 square meter villa develops over one level.

The villa is composed of an open plan living/dining area (with comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and dressing room, two double bedrooms (with double beds) and two single bedrooms (with single beds). You will also find two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath).

The outside of the villa is composed of a lovely well-kept garden with citrus trees, a private pool (10 m x 5 m; depth 1.2 m – 2 m; open from 24/03 – 10/11), a covered terrace (with table and chairs) and a sun terrace (with sun loungers).

Please note: A lot of the furnishings in this villa are in an "antique style" so they will not look modern; some have been restored by the owners.
