'The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The TV and refrigerator worked great. Two things I would change if I could… I wish there was stronger water pressure in the shower and I wish there was a way to get the air conditioning to get colder than it gets. Perhaps add a personal fan in every room.'

It’s a breath of fresh air to have a hotel room at a reasonable price that’s modern clean and staff is friendly. The bar area is the icing on the cake, it extends out to the most comfortable lounging area I’ve seen in this area ever. Keep up the good work.'

'Overall, it was a pleasant experience. If you like to walk, then the museums are healthy walkaway. The room was very comfortable for solo traveler and if you need to work or interact, just go to the active lobby.'

'The staff at the front test were awesome. The lady that checked us in was the most professional and kindest receptionist that I have ever encountered at a hotel. She truly went above and beyond to help us with anything that we needed. I would stay wherever she is working because I know that the customer service would be over the top. The hotel was neat, clean and quiet. I was happy that everything that we needed before and after the game was in walking distance.'

'The location is great for the price. There is a small grocery and full size within walking distance. The beds are great. I have stayed here a few time and the front desk staff is phenomenal. Always so polite and helpful. Shuttle runs on time with some good drivers. If I ever come back to the area I will be staying here.'

"Walking distance to main atractions and museums. First room we got was with clogged gutter. After change we got another room with bath that could not be used. They didn’t fix it. Friendly staff only gave us three bottles of water for inconvenience for the stay of three days. "
