'The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. 'The place is not as described. There is no restaurant or roof top bar or room service or even working televisions. The suites are not serviced you have to ask for everything. Loved the bed and the room itself too bad as it coukd be grand! '

The hotel is a beautiful oasis, and the staff could not be more attentive to their guests.
