'We had an amazing stay at Boracay Suites! The hospitality was amazing, the suite was unbelievably beautiful and perfect for our group of 5 people. Even when we left for just 1 hour we would come back to our room being cleaned spotless. 'Very clean and well refurbished. Facing the beach. Roof top terrace. Central, 5 min walks from station one but on the other side of the Island. The beach is for kite surfer and it's more chilled than the crowded white beach. windy and specially in the morning with the low tide the beach is a bit dirty and smelly. The view from my room wasn't nice, it's facing an under-construction tall building instead of the beach. For that price i was expecting a room cleaning service but it wasn't included....

'Everyone in our party loved staying here. Beach, shopping, night life and lots of food options including fresh and live sea food within 5 minutes walk. Everything we wanted in a beach hotel inside and out. Prices were very reasonable. Friendly staff. Almost felt as if we were alone there, no one ever bothered us. Just be aware that there are stairs to get to the room. How else you going to get to the panoramic view suite? Enjoy. '

'Didn't stay there due to healthy issue. We visited Cummings Highlands a week before the booking to tell the owners about our cancellation. They had no record of our stay. So I was not impressed , especially after trying to negotiate a 1 night stay in liu of our cancellation. Overall unsatisfactory dealing with your company. You and the business owners of Cummings Highlandsgot your money for which we received nothing in return. Would not us your booking company again'

'Hotel is well-maintained with friendly staff. Breakfast is wonderful, with options changing everyday. It is right on the beach and the pools are amazing. Especially the Skypool with an infinity pool that overlooks the beach and the sea, not to mention that there is a bar in the pool that you can swim to.'
