A wonderful stay!
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had every amenity needed, including food storage containers (just bring your own sandwich bags and foil if desired). The beds were extremely comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was excellent. This is a newer building with all modern amenities. The downtown location is interesting in that the neighborhood seems like it’s in the process of rejuvenation. As mentioned previously, there are new apartment buildings being constructed next door so there is some noise during the day but nothing too disturbing during my stay. I was able to work from home for part of the day on a Monday and it was not too distracting. The host, Peter, was extremely responsive to any questions I had, even though he was traveling out of state during my stay. Pay attention to the check-in process because you’ll need to park on the street and enter the building at the main entrance before you get access to the unit and get the key fob for the subterranean secured parking. It was not a big deal but pay attention to the directions you’ll be sent. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Tacoma!

Great place for the family
Just awesome. The property exceeded our expectations. The only comments were that during the cold months the heater needs at least 48 hours of continuous use to get the temperature up or you'll need a space heater. Once the temperature got to the desired number, it was able to maintain it with no issue. The only other thing is with the vrbo app, not the property. There were quite a few times that I had to use my laptop to read the host messages, because they either took a very long time to load or would not load at all. Once I could read them the host instructions were clear concise and pain free. Highly recommend this location!

Had a great time staying at this apartment for a weekend in Tacoma. The place was very clean with amenities such as a washer and dryer and a thermostat in multiple rooms! Highly recommended.
