"The Loft," our favorite, is a finished attic. Cozy, quirky, and unique, it serves as an extra bedroom, playroom, breakfast nook, office space, and living room. Note: "The Loft" has a low clearance (6’4” at the highest point) and steep/short stairs, so watch your head and step. It’s climate-controlled with a newly installed LG window AC (heating and cooling), ensuring comfort. We recommend "The Loft" for lounging and sleeping.

Please inform us of any incidents or damages before checking out, as our cleaner will inspect the space afterward.

We are pet-friendly with a pet fee of $20 per pet per night. The payment request will be sent after booking confirmation.

For long-term bookings, the daily pet fee is replaced by a one-time, non-refundable fee of $399 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet, requested after booking confirmation.

Our cleaner will inspect for any pet-related incidents after checkout. Report any accidents before checking out to avoid additional charges. Pets must not create a nuisance—excessive barking may not be suitable. The large backyard is perfect for fetch and pet needs. Please collect and dispose of all droppings, and keep pets off the furniture to avoid extra charges.
