'Had a medical emergency with one of the family members in the hospital stayed two nights wanted to get my third night back. They said I could not. I will never ever use. Expedia and I will always tell friends and relatives never to use them. That is horrible. Going to tell everyone how horrible Expedia is.'

'Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful'

'Wonderful trip all around. Beautiful hotel. Delicious food and cocktails. Rooftop pool and bar were outstanding! The gym was quite small and without windows, but that is my only complaint. Hydration stations on every floor are a great feature. Saves you from buying bottled water constantly. Location is perfect. Beach is one of the best I have visited (and I have been to a lot of beaches). You can't go wrong.'

'The room was clean but asked for non smoking room, and our room badly smelled like smoke. The ground was full of cigarette butts and there was no place safe for me to walk my Service Dog.
The staff did not speak or understand English, very hard to communicate what was needed.
My husband fell in the very slick bathtub 4/13/2026 and is still hurting on 4/22/2026
This accident was reported to the front desk and nothing was done.'

'Overall the stay was descent, however, the downfall is the location. Difficult to get sleep with boat motors launching, local truck meet up spot with trucks and cars revving up and burning out and the young crowd parting in the lot next to the hotel all night and early morning. No one available to discuss concerns, no staff at location through the night. '

'This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located.'

'Easy to get to. Check in was easy. Exactly what I nexpected it to be of a budget hotel on US 19. Booked an accessable room as i have mobility issues and stepping onto a bath tub is a problem. I was put into a regular room on the second floor. If there was an elevator i did not find it. As i was only there 2 days for a funeral I didn't have the energy to get it fixed. '
