  • Dit Lakeview Rocky Ridge vakantiewoning stadshuis is prachtig gerenoveerd en is smaakvol ingericht. Het heeft 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een prachtig uitzicht. De ontwikkeling is dicht bij alles wat Tahoe City te bieden heeft. Rocky Ridge is een gated community van 60 hectaren, omringd door Staatsbosbeheer land, waar u kunt genieten van de natuur op een van de vele wandel- en mountainbikeroutes op steenworp afstand. Great location with beautiful views and everything needed for a great vacation to the Tahoe. The location was quiet during our stay with easy gated access to the property. The condo had everything needed to relax and enjoy the sunrise before heading out to explore for the day. We could return and cook a meal or enjoy one of the nearby local eateries on the lake. For couples in this three bedroom home, king beds in all the rooms would have made this stay perfect.

Gorgeous view from deck. Condo was really nice, loved all the wood. Could walk to Tahoe City. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at any VRBO or hotel. Nice amenities with pickle ball and basketball courts. Highly recommend.

Lovely townhome with Amazing View of lake Tahoe

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving with our adult children in this spacious 3 bedroom townhome. The view of the lake was awesome! We cooked in for our dinners and found the kitchen very efficient. We enjoyed hiking in the bordering National Forest.

Perfect location

The property is on a private drive, gated, with a beautiful drive with a view up the hill. The condominiums are the only development on the hill and the grounds are very well maintained. View of the lake and trees is gorgeous!

Super clean Condo & Unbeatable View!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Eagle's Nest! We had stayed at similar condo properties, but this was our first time at Rocky Ridge. It exceeded our expectations! Beautiful views, raised high above the lake. The pool was super nice as well. Very quit and removed from the hustle and bustle - which is exactly what we wanted.

We had a great time. The condo is close to town, grocery store, resorts. The condo feels like a cabin, warm & cozy. Kitchen had all utensils and most condiments. Nice area to walk the dog 🐕 . You can see Heavenly in the distance across the lake and the northern parts of lake, plus lots of trees. If you like views, I'd recommend this property. Property description is accurate. It's an older property, but was clean and well-maintained.Went during the winter. 1 of the 2 hot tub/pool areas were open. We had to walk up the street few minutes to visit. Didn't have time to checkout the private beach access.Kitchen was stocked and had all supplies we needed. Lighting was dim and the orange/amber color which I preferred. This worked well for me since I don't like the bright white lights. No garage parking, but plenty of outdoor parking right in front of the property. Master bedroom bath is on the same level as kitchen and entrance. Bathroom shower is dated, but functioned fine. 2 additional bedrooms downstairs were much warmer than rest of house.Property manager was helpful when I called to book. No issues. You can text with them during your stay. Some responses were delayed towards the end, but nothing urgent needed.Read all property warnings about bears. You'll need to keep all food locked up inside in the fridge. Keep food items minimal in pantry and in the open to deter bears. We stayed 3 nights and had no issues with bears.
