Luxe Tahoe City Home, Hot Tub, een pooltafel

Huis onlangs gerenoveerd en verbouwd. Ongeveer 3500 Sq Ft 5 slaapkamers, 5 badkamers. Dit huis vertegenwoordigt berg luxe met veel aandacht voor detail op zijn best. Twee gas haarden (grote zaal en slaapkamer) en een open haard (Game Room). Drie slaapkamers zijn voorzien van LED-tv's met meerdere rechtstreekse tv-kanalen en een eigen moderne en ruime badkamers. Grote dekken uitgerust met luidsprekers en multi-zone muziek kanalen en de tuin geschikt voor familiebijeenkomsten. Omgeven door pijnbomen in rustige buurt met gemakkelijke toegang in de winter.


Grote kamer met 55 "3D LED Samsung, surround sound, hoogwaardige stereo-installatie met luidsprekers en 42" gashaard.

Speelzaal heeft een pooltafel, 44 inch open haard, 3D 60 inch HDTV met Bose surround sound-systeem, PlayStation 3 voor gaming, Blue Ray speler en dek met een 5 persoons jacuzzi.

Grote dekken met BBQ, dek verwarming, en zitplaatsen voor 8 personen.

Gastronomische keuken beschikt over high-end toestellen en zitplaatsen voor 10 aan eettafel en 5 aan de bar.

Master Suite heeft open haard, een eigen badkamer met verwarmde vloeren, regen hoofddouche en stoomdouche.

Master Suite heeft een queen bed. Vier beneden kamers hebben een koning, koningin, 2 twins en een stapelbed (full + twin bed). Speelzaal heeft uitklapbare bank queen bed. Huis slaapt 10 personen in de slaapkamers, met de mogelijkheid van twee op slaapbank in Game Room.

Egyptisch katoen 400 thread count lakens, topkwaliteit dekbedden en handdoeken.

Het vakmanschap, aandacht voor detail en een aantrekkelijk design zorgt ervoor dat u wilt langer thuis te blijven.

Ons huis is gelegen in een rustige buurt van meestal 2 huiseigenaren en sommige primaire woningen toch dicht bij het centrum van Tahoe City. Home is omgeven door pijnbomen en bergen. Cross country skiën, mountainbiken en wandelen (afhankelijk van het seizoen) is buiten onze voordeur. Het is 15 minuten naar de 3 beste downhill skigebieden in Lake Tahoe, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, en Northstar.

In de zomer is het hetzelfde gebied heeft een aantal van de beste mountainbiken en wandelen in het Lake Tahoe gebied. Het strand ligt op 10 minuten fietsen of 5 minuten rijden met de auto. In ongeveer 3 minuten rijden bent u in het bruisende (grapje) het centrum van Tahoe City. Tahoe City heeft alle restaurants en winkels die je zou willen.

Als je naar het noorden van het huis bent u bij Stateline (Carnelian bay) in 20 minuten, waar er een paar kleine casino's met live-shows de meeste nachten en natuurlijk gokken.

Het is echt skigebied centraal in de winter. Als je van cross country, kunt u letterlijk naar de voordeur en ski naar een geprepareerde cross country ski-gebied genaamd Tahoe Cross Country skigebied. We hebben sleeën kunt u ook gebruiken. In de zomer heeft u toegang tot het meer, kajakken, raften, mountainbiken en wandelen.

Tahoe NYE Getaway

I enjoyed the place, it was very cozy and comfortable. We arrived during a snow storm so we weren't able to check out the outside too much. Overall the place was very nice. The one minor thing I would add is a picture or a comment that there are some steep step going downstairs (I don't think I saw that in the description). The only reason I mention it is because we enjoyed the space with friends and our small kids - most just a year old. However, he did have a baby gate at the top of the steps which was super useful. Also the host is really wonderful with communicating with you. He makes you feel like you can reach out to him anytime and got back to me very quickly on all asks/comments/questions.

50th birthday getaway

Having relocated 20 years ago from the Sacramento area to Maui, we wanted to return to Tahoe to celebrate a 50th birthday with our closest friends. We had 7 adults stay at this property for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday and could not have enjoyed it more. The home is terrific. The location was exactly what we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home amenities met all of our needs. We are foodies and the kitchen was well appointed and the pots/pans were brand new. We would rent the same property again and highly recommend this listing.

Wonderful setting for a family vacation. Nice spacious home, good location near many activities. Once the smoke cleared we had great time outdoors. Kitchen is well equipped for our family to make meals. Host Mario was very responsive and had allowed us to rebook our vacation from last year when fires caused us to cancel. Our family would go back again anytime.

Excellent for Family Gathering

This cabin is perfect for families - large, comfortable and really nice to have so many bathrooms when traveling with a larger group. Game room provides a great place for kids to gather while adults enjoy upstairs or are out on the patio. Kitchen is well equipped and plenty of beach towels available. Skylandia beach is nearby and nice - but bring shade. Only downside to this location is the neighbor behind the house - has a half pipe skate ramp and trampoline in their back yard, constant barking dogs and late night (1am) parties. There is a lot of space between homes so not a huge issue but woke some of our party throughout our stay. We also left a car unlocked and found someone had gone through it in the middle of the night - so I would recommend keeping doors locked. Mario is an excellent host and his communication was excellent. Overall we really enjoyed our experience and made a lot of great family memories at Mario’s cabin.

10 people and there is plenty of room. The three on suite rooms was very nice for getting everyone going in the morning. Kitchen is big with plenty of room for more than one person to operate. Between the bedrooms, the deck, living room and downstairs entertainment area, there is more than enough room to either congregate or separate when you need some space. Having the bike/walking trail including the single track MTB trails was a bonus. If you want to play pool, bring your own chalk since we couldn't find any. All in all, great house, I liked the location and would rent here again.

This home is wonderful. Great size for a group. The kitchen is well stocked and the location is excellent. Great hiking and mountain biking area. Can ride a bike to one beach with older kids (hills involved). Overall a great time!

Great for multi-generation family

The three (3) bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths was perfect for 3 adult couples. If you like hiking, this location is absolutely terrific. But, there are lots of other fun family activities. Our favorite was the drive back to Reno to watch the Aces minor league baseball team. (The grandkids were on the jumbo-tron twice.

Amazing Tahoe Retreat!

This property is an absolute gem with all the best amenities. There’s plenty of space and the home is perfect for allowing multiple people feel comfortable without ever feeling cramped. My group loved the amount of bathrooms and showers, making it easier for everyone to get ready. The game room was our favorite place to hangout! Mario provided us with everything we needed and was an excellent communicator throughout our entire stay. We will definitely remember our time at his property are were so impressed with the home overall. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!

Lovely Tahoe home

Our extended family of 9 (5 adults, 4 kids) enjoyed this house very much. Close to walking paths, beaches, groceries and restaurants. Mario was helpful and a great communicator. Really nice to have propane there ready for the grill and the "game room" with large t.v. and pool table for hanging out together.

Terrific Tahoe

My husband and I rented Mario’s house to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family for 5 days. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we all had to be in Colorado for a family wedding weekend. It was wonderful!! First of all, the house has been updated to the highest of standards. There were 8 of us, 13 yr old, 18, and 6 adults. We all had our own rooms, couples in 3 king rooms with en-suite bathrooms. We cooked all of our dinners in the well equipped kitchen and ate on the large balcony patio. It was hot when we were there, but quickly cooled down in the evenings. Fortunately, Mario has fans in all the rooms. We have traveled all over the world and Lake Tahoe has to be in our top 10 of beautiful scenery. There is so much to do there. We kayaked, paddle boarded, went rafting, and rented a pontoon boat for 4 hours and took a picnic lunch on board. It was awesome to just cruise the beautiful blue waters. My husband and I downloaded a GPS narrated tour around the whole lake. It was well worth the $4.99 download! Mario was easy to work with even though he was in Europe at the time. We texted back and forth and spoke over the phone. All in all, I don’t think we could have picked a better place to spend our 50th!

July 4th Birthday Celebration

Every year our family takes off for 4th July / Birthday celebration. By far this has been the best. I’m sure many more to come. But the home is beautiful and we spent a lovely time there. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the the place- many home state to be clean but this home was and I am thankful. We did some river rafting and parasailing and light hiking. It was all close and convenient. We wanted to get away from the city life and this was a completely peaceful and relaxing place. We will definitely come back for more adventures.

Comfortable summer weekend

The home was just as photographed: spacious, clean, and very well kept! I had a family vacation and we were all very comfortable at Mario's home. The kitchen was well stocked, and the parents had the balcony to eat, drink, and relax while the kids played in the game room down stairs. The home is minutes away from several beaches and close to Safeway for quick runs to the market. We look forward to staying here again.

An absolute dream weekend

Simply put, this property is perfect. The neighborhood is 5-10 minutes to town, tucked into the trees and even has a hike just down the street. The house itself was exceptionally clean, with a fully stocked kitchen and speakers inside and out to keep the music going. We had the best time and can’t wait to go back!
