  • Dit is een recent gerenoveerd 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers unit die 4 slaapt comfortabel. Het up-to-date keuken, badkamers, woon / eetkamer en de slaapkamers zijn warm en uitnodigend. Er zijn 2 HD flatscreen-tv's met kabel en Wifi toegang voor uw communicatie en entertainment behoeften. On-demand warm water systeem. Dit apparaat is in een rustig deel van het complex. Geniet van het achterdek naar BBQ, vermaken of ontspannen in de lounge stoelen voorzien. Gelegen aan Lake Tahoe's North Shore, zijn Lake Forest Glen Condominiums ligt in een prachtig weiland tussen de snelweg en het meer. Het is een korte wandeling naar Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach en vele anderen aan de oevers van Lake Tahoe. Deze ontwikkeling beschikt over twee zwembaden, een sauna, een bubbelbad (voor gebruik het hele jaar door), tennisbanen, pickleball en een speeltuin voor de kinderen. Elke unit heeft twee gereserveerde parkeerplaatsen en er is volop extra parkeerplaats in twee over stroom parkeerplaatsen gunstig gelegen op het terrein. Het complex ligt dicht bij Tahoe City, ski-gebieden, waaronder Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley USA, Northstar en Homewood Mountain. De Kustwacht boot te lanceren is net om de hoek voor onze zomergasten. Plus er is een gemakkelijke toegang tot grote fiets-en wandelroutes, zowel op als naast de weg. In de winter, rijden de straat naar de Tahoe Cross Country XC Center. Gemakkelijk korte rit naar Tahoe City met veel restaurants, winkels en entertainment.

Great location! Clean and comfortable. A bit noisy in the early morning (6:30 am) with the construction near by and the bed isn’t super comfortable. For a last minute stay and affordable, it was worth it. Location is great as it’s just outside the busy table city hustle and bustle you can bike to town or a quick 3 min drive.

Perfect condo near the lake!

Updated, light and bright unit with upgraded appliances. Plenty of towels. Close to pool/spa/sauna and a short walk to the beach. Quick drive or bike ride into Tahoe City! Would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Off Season Tahoe Trip

The accommodations were excellent! It was a perfect base camp for a week of hiking and fishing. Easy access to Truckee and anywhere around the lake. The whole process had no hassles. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 has nothing to do with the host or the town home. The neighborhood was quiet the whole time we were there, except on the last night, when a loud group of neighbors moved in behind us.

I have finally discovered a condo to rent for our frequent trips that uses the BEST cleaning crew. I have rented other properties, and often need to do a thorough cleaning prior to settling in. The space was perfect for our needs, with a main bedroom and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and convenient. We loved having the enclosed deck. However, the deck could use a refresh, with popped-up nails and many splinters.

Great spot and functional condo

Super clean, comfortable beds and functional layout. They had absolutely everything minus a pair of tongs! There was even an instapot handy...it was a comfortable stay and we played games, skied at Alpine Palisades (15 min drive) and played near the lake (5 min). Check in was a tad confusing as the email subject didnt stand out and it was late when we arrived. I finally found the check in details...otherwise great stay.

I would definitely like to work with O'Neal Assoc. again. The property was small but very nicely upgraded and furnished. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for overall experience was because the twin beds in the second bedroom were not comfortable for an adult size person. The only way those twin beds would work would be if the beds did not have a footboard so an adult could have stretched out.

Good spot for a getaway

Nice property in a great location. Short walk to the beach and thankfully there was a great coffee house also within walking distance since there was no coffee in the unit. My only complaint is that I could not find information on how to contact the property manager. It was very warm the day we arrived and I could not find any fans in the unit.
