The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, while the bedrooms provide a peaceful haven with comfortable furnishings. The outdoor deck is ideal for enjoying the serene surroundings, making it a perfect getaway for both relaxation and recreation. To top it off, there is a private hot tub in the backyard to enjoy after long days on the mountain!



The property is conveniently located near Skylandia State Park and Beach. Skylandia is a 24-acre California State Park that provides bike trails, hiking trails and picnicking. The park also features a beach and swimming area.



Upstairs: Master Bedroom (king bed) with attached bath and laundry room.

Downstairs: Bedroom #2 (two twins), Bedroom #3 (king bed) and full bathroom.



Many homes are pet-friendly, unfortunately this specific property is not. Please inquire about pet friendly homes. In addition, guests do not have access to the garage at this property.



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.



Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

Due to extreme fire danger - The use of any outdoor fire-pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood-burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
