Mooi vakantiehuis in North Lake Tahoe met een panoramisch uitzicht op het meer, ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar buiten. Gelegen op meer dan 1/2 hectare grond, is dit huis omringd door prachtige National Forest.

Deze zonovergoten accommodatie beschikt over meerdere woonruimtes, waarvan vele met een uitgestrekt uitzicht op het meer. De ruime keuken en eetkamer zijn perfect voor een feestje. Met gloednieuwe aanrechtbladen, apparaten en een gasfornuis met zes branders, zal de chef-kok in uw groep ongetwijfeld onder de indruk zijn. Grenzend aan de keuken zijn twee woongedeeltes, elk met een open haard, een grote flatscreen-tv aan de muur en comfortabele stoelen.

De vier slaapkamers bevinden zich beneden, allemaal, maar met uitzicht op Lake Tahoe. De Master Suite is bijzonder indrukwekkend, met een gashaard en kamerhoge ramen die uitkijken op het meer. OVER HET GEBIED

Gelegen aan het noordelijke puntje van Lake Tahoe, net ten westen van de grens van de staat Nevada, ligt Kings Beach. Kings Beach staat bekend om zijn uitstekende openbare strand, een ontspannen sfeer en gemakkelijke toegang tot de bergen. Het is een plek waar reizigers jaar na jaar terugkeren. Het evenementencentrum North Tahoe organiseert vaak festivals, concerten en community-evenementen. Kings Beach in het centrum biedt winkels en eetgelegenheden die het hele jaar door geopend zijn.

Kings Beach State Recreation Area is het vlaggenschip strand in het noorden van Tahoe. Met een uitgestrekte strook van meer dan 1700 meter, is dit het grootste zandstrand met openbaar toegang op de noordkust van Lake Tahoe. Het zuidgerichte aspect en de verdieping op het meer die geleidelijk dieper wordt, maakt dit een van de warmste zwemgebieden aan het meer. Een mooie speeltuin kijkt uit over het water en er zijn barbecuefaciliteiten en picknickplaatsen beschikbaar. Het strand grenst aan winkels, restaurants en het North Tahoe Event Centre.

In de winter bent u slechts tien minuten verwijderd van Northstar California. Geniet daar van toegang tot bijna 100 paden en meer dan 3.000 skigebieden, onberispelijke verzorging, ongelooflijke boom skiën en voldoende variatie om elk niveau van skiër uit te dagen. Profiteer van wereldklasse terreinparken, langlaufen, een avonturenpark voor de jeugd en een 9000 vierkante voet ijsbaan omringd door vuurkorven en een ijsbaan aan de kant.

BELEID EN BEKENDMAKINGEN
1. Inloopkast in de hoofdslaapkamer is niet beschikbaar voor gasten.
2. Hoewel dit huis niet langer huisdiervriendelijk is, hebben de eigenaren wel honden, dus mensen met allergieën / gevoeligheid moeten dit opmerken.
3. Een huis in deze straat is momenteel in aanbouw. Geluid en overlast zijn waarschijnlijk in de komende maanden.
4. ANNULERING MOET SCHRIJVEN EN ONTVANGEN MEER DAN 60 DAGEN VOORAFGAAND AAN UW INCHECKDATUM. Tahoe Getaways zal de door de gast betaalde bedragen terugbetalen, verminderd met de niet-restitueerbare vooruitbetaling van 10%. Op de 60e dag vóór aankomst van de gast wordt deze reservering als niet-restitueerbaar beschouwd.

We had a few mostly maintenance issues but mostly was a wonderful stay. The accommodations were as advertised, wonderful deck and view of the lake.

First impression forecasted the stay there at the house. The walkway to the front door was completely blocked by ice and snow in two locations. This was the only way to get the key to the house and to get to the front door. I had to request for the code to open the garage, which I didn’t receive until about the third day there. Communication with Tahoe Getaway’s is ver slow, sometimes not receiving a response or answer for a day or day and a half. The next issue was that the whole balcony fronting the kitchen/dining room area was totally inaccessible and completely blocked any view out the window. Totally, no view. It was just ice and snow. You would think, even though the area received a record amount of snow they would have prepped the house for a new renter. If during the rental period snow and ice built up, that’s understandable, but not totally blocking the entrance to the front door and totally blocking any view or access to the balcony. The next few things are relatively minor, but hopefully fixed by the time someone else pays to stay there: all the toilets are loose (the wobble when sitting on), all the sink drains in all the downstairs bathrooms are very slow to drain, the jacuzzi downstairs is inoperable, the shower handle in the master shower is very difficult to operate. Hopefully these issues will be addressed before anyone else pays to stay here. If they are then it will be much more enjoyable. We personally will not rent from a property managed by Tahoe Getaways again. I hope if you do, your stay will be a lot more enjoyable then ours. Good luck

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It is very large, well laid out, beautifully decorated and perfectly located. It is spacious while still feeling warm and cozy. It was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen accessories and appliances. There is a stunning view of the lake from almost every window in the house. Besides the view, the game room and hot tub were big hits with our entire family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when we come back to Lake Tahoe, we will definitely stay here again!

We just spent the most enjoyable week at this amazing property! The living area has floor to ceiling windows with beautiful views of the lake and we spent so much time in the gorgeously renovated kitchen with the most wonderful island that accommodated my entire family! The highlight was the large outdoor deck with spectacular lake views. The bedrooms were comfortable and the master also had a beautiful view of the forest. The bathrooms downstairs were newly renovated and even had heated floors. My 3 boys lived in that game room and enjoyed many pool and fusbal tournaments! Thank you so much for letting us unjoy this wonderful house.

We had a lovely week in Tahoe Vista. The house is very large and the back side is all windows facing the lake and mountains. Gorgeous. However. The master bedroom has NO curtains or blinds and sits above an area where people hike and walk their dogs. So if you have an issue waking with the sunrise or having no privacy in the master bedroom it’s not the spot for you. Property management offered to tape a sheet up for us but that felt wrong and like we were missing the point. The game room was awesome and we used it often. Nice cable tv in main living room. We didn’t use the hot tub as it faces neighbors windows and deck but it looks good. I would say the location was pretty Awesome. Close to Northstar and close to Tahoe city. There are some maintenance issues at the house and while they were manageable it was disappointing to not be warned about one and have concerns about the other. Heated floors not functioning. A few lights out. One moderate serious issue but that’s for the owners and managers to handle. Washing machine worked great. The mattresses were amazing. I’ve never slept on a memory foam bed before and both my husband and I loved third. Would love to know the brand.

We rented this property for our Family Vacation. It is very spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake. Everything that you will need is there waiting for you. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was excellent and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax in the evening. The property management company was awesome. We had a few issues and they had someone right on it. They were very friendly and professional. You have to put your garbage in a bear box which was not big enough to accommodate the 9 of us. The carpet is needing to be stretched out in several areas in the home. The floor in front of the sink is buckled. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodations and would definitely recommend staying there.

The property is spacious with a nice flow and well situated for a magnificent lake view that took our breath away. The kitchen offered a high-end gas stove and range including enough kitchen gears for everyday meal serving 10. The staff (Jen) was very kind and very responsive to accommodate our last-minute ask for a late checkout due to the kid's final. Only two things could be improved: 1) internet connection is still using DSL that posed unreliable & slow connections. Consider your own hotspot if you're planning to work or school remotely from this home. 2) things around the home are a bit old. Ex: linens, counter high chairs, pots/pans, etc. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home w. us. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen counter and the view every day.

Cozy and felt right at home. Loved the big island in the kitchen that fit my family of 7. Nice views for the photographers in the group. Attached garage so we didn't have to leave our truck out in the snow. It was too cold to use the hot tub. My kids (17, 21, 24, 25) enjoyed having their own space in the game room which was on the other side of the house away from the master suite🤗. I would stay here again.

Our group very much enjoyed the beautiful views of Lake Tahoe from different parts of the house. Our chef also loved the spacious kitchen, from the stovetop to the counter space. With that being said, some things in the rental need attention. There was cobweb in a lot of places (including above the kitchen counter) and majority of the bar stools were wobbly (definitely a safety hazard). Also, one of the bathroom floor heaters wasn’t working, but that wasn’t life threatening. Overall, we enjoyed our time there, surrounded by breathtaking creation.

Exactly as described!!! I was a little skeptical due to the recent negative review, but don’t pay any attention to that. This unit is clean, heated floor in master bath worked great, hot tub was perfect and there were amazing views from pretty much every room in the house. Definitely get this unit.

Unfortunately, this place was highly misrepresented and overrated. There is a VERY strong odor of urine and mold. Simply speaking, this place is a dump. Weutterly DID NOT enjoying the property. WOULD YOU be willing PLEASE send your team ASAP to investigate and prevent other people to be ripped off. ESPECIALLY pay attention to: 1. the odor of urine and mold 2. dirty old carpets 3. worn-out sheets and towels 4. broken showers 🚿 : master bathroom does not turn hot water 5. POOP 💩 under toilet seats seats 🚽 PS: Please ALSO consider BORDED WINDOWS !! It felt like we were sleeping in the shelter for the homeless. Thanks

Our family of eight had a great week at this comfortable, spacious home. The views are spectacular and the house is well-equipped. The only drawback is the stairs are a little “Iffy” for one in their eighties with mobility issues.

Very nice upstairs kitchen and living room. Gas range is very good, however some cookware could use an upgrade. The downstairs bedrooms are nice but not as well updated as the upstairs quarters. Airflow downstairs is somewhat restricted by the house positioning. Grill was functional but a bit lackluster given the price point of the home. Overall, we were happy with the property but would encourage the owners to switch to a coded garage entry mechanism, as it was cumbersome to have to enter the house and then walk though to open the garage.

The location was great, very close to food shopping at Safeway market, and close to other stores and restaurants. Hiking trails were nearby and abundant. The house was large, well equipped, and had a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. The management company was helpful and attentive with a few minor issues in the house. The only negatives were that there were no window treatments in the master bedroom because of the view so you’ll wake up with the sun, and there was construction next door in a house being built.

This house is more than comfortable. Every single bed had an amazing mattress. The views all around the house are incredible, you can see the lake and forest. The kitchen is very large and open to the dining area. The game room is great for kids to entertain themselves! Highly recommend.
