'The host is exceptionally kind and accommodating. After our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late, we were warmly welcomed and even helped upstairs with our bags. 'Our stay at R House was pleasant, especially the lady from the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The room itself was a bit small, but the amazing view over Cusco makes up for all of it. Breakfast was decent (but very enjoyable when you eat next to that view). Neighbourhood was relatively quiet, and even though some would argue it's far away from the center, it's only 15minutes and walking around in Cusco is a delight. To sum up, good place to stay and staff is great ;)'

'Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget...

'Your hotel was our best experience in our 3 weeks in Peru. The beds are cozy and breakfast superb with chia for yogurt, a chef who made eggs to order and extras galore for toast, sausages and even almond milk.
The concierge coordinated a taxi for us from Cusco to Palcoyo mountain (to hike for 2 hours) and then to our next hotel in Ollantaytambo. Our driver was expert and friendly and even stopped for us to buy snacks. It was a very long day and Frank drove at efficient & safe speed to get us...
