Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The room is absolutely beautiful & the hotel is kept very nice beautiful plants in the grounds etc.
Unfortunately the restaurant staff in this hotel let it down. It feels very impersonal with the tablet ordering system, it’s very hard to see in the dark & it isn’t explained very well. Also they don’t give you time to look through the menu & seem to stand over you, which makes you feel like you have to rush to decide.
Breakfast is a let down, staff not attentive, have to ask for table to be set up & then ask again to have a tablet to order an omelet.
Dinner staff made us feel rushed & then after ordering we were told we couldn’t have what we had ordered & could only order pizza as the hotel BBQ was available. Then our main courses arrived that we had originally ordered but no starters. So had to then cancel the pizza. There was a show on that evening & missed most of it because I was to busy trying to order food.
Finally as beautiful as the terrace & plunge pool was in our room, we did not make use of this as trees around it totally blocked out the sun. So we had to go to the beach. We booked hotel this because of the private terrace.
