'The domestic staff are wonderfu, very helpful, lovely people and so very kind. All the staff we were in contact with could not of been nicer. My wife had her 21st some 51 years ago at this hotel! We were both originally from Heswall. Our trip was one to help my brother in law who lives in New Brighton who has had a nasty fall booth breaks in his ankle. Thank you for your help.'

'An enjoyable stay, use of the spa being free as a guest, 2 hour booking having the spa to ourselves was extra special, weather this be the same if hotel was busy, spa pool was quite small would have been quite full. Staff friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Coctails, a little pricy, reduce to £9 as £13 bit steep, we would have had more.! We ate in the restaurant great choices nicly presented. £9 for a dessert again a little pricy. '

'Nice good size room. Comfortable bed. The duvet was too hot in the summer. Good cleaning service, even left the cleaning cloth in the room. Still using small shampoo bottles, not eco friendly. Towels don't need to be changed after every use, especially when you forget to leave a new towel. £ 50 deposit is annoying. Needed to ask for the free beverage that was included, better to just give a voucher when checking in.'

'First of all don’t go there. I saw the pictures online and I thought it looked really good and it was very cheap. Now I know why. The outside of the building and the lobby are really beautiful but the hotel rooms are disgusting. We had lots off dirty stains on the sheets and the bed and the bathroom was even worse. 'It is next to Lime St. Station, a block from the bus stations, shopping mall across the street and Underground entrance at the doorstep. Wetherspoonn pub and restaurant is in the same building serving great food. Booking an extra night has to be done online and cannot be done at reception. That has to be changed since not all of us have access to the web when travelling.'
