Strategically located in the charming town of Castiello de Jaca, this spectacular newly built house is the ideal accommodation for groups of up to 14 people. The home offers a perfect balance between rest, nature, and conviviality, offering unobstructed views of the mountains and the surroundings of the Aragonese Pyrenees.
The property stands out for its great spaciousness and versatility, divided into 2 main spaces to guarantee both rest and maximum entertainment for the group:
1. Main home
The heart of the home, designed for comfort and daily rest. It has three entrances: from the street, via a side ramp, and the main entrance through the front porch.
Ground floor
This area features a practical guest toilet at the entrance and a shared full bathroom (equipped with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and window to the porch). The bedroom windows enjoy plenty of natural light and pleasant views facing the front porch, the entrance of the house, and the mountains.


Room 1: Equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, and television.
Room 2: Features two single beds and a wardrobe.
Room 3: Spacious room with a double bed, wardrobe, television, and a fantastic private en-suite full bathroom with a shower and towel warmer.


First floor
Accessible by stairs, this level has an additional full bathroom with a shower. The windows of these rooms offer wonderful panoramic views of the town and the mountain range. In addition, the floor has a narrow balcony and a convenient direct access from the street through a hallway equipped with a built-in wardrobe and a large chest of drawers.


Room 4: Equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe.
Room 5: Located right opposite the staircase, it features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
Room 6 (Family): It is equipped with three single beds, a double bed, and a small desk for children.

Common areas of the main home


Kitchen-dining room: A cozy and functional area equipped with a television. From here, you can access a small independent terrace and the door that leads directly down to the basement.


2. Cellar / Basement
A large common area on the lower floor, designed so that family gatherings, meals, and leisure time can be fully enjoyed without interfering with the rest in the bedrooms. In this space you will find:


Large multipurpose room that includes a cozy children's play area, television, and a fantastic fireplace.
Living area equipped with 3 comfortable sofas to relax.
Second dining area with a large table, wardrobe, and windows that provide natural light.
Laundry and support space equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, additional refrigerator, and 2 high chairs for the little ones.
Fifth full bathroom of the property, equipped with a shower.

Smart climate control: Aerothermal system with underfloor heating throughout the house, adjustable via an independent thermostat on each floor to ensure maximum comfort in both winter and summer.
Free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the accommodation.
Kitchen equipment: Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and complete kitchenware.
We provide complete bed linen (sheets, duvets, and extra blankets), bath towels, a hairdryer, and welcome amenities.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
This is a smoke-free property (smoking is prohibited) and parties or events are not allowed.

It is the perfect starting point for winter sports lovers, located just 25 minutes from the Candanchú ski resort and 30 minutes from Astún. Also ideal for hiking and mountain biking trails along the Camino de Santiago.


Parking
Parking is very simple: next to the house is the town square, which has ample, completely free public parking where you can comfortably park during your entire stay. Please note that the private garage of the property is not available for guest use.
Access and Reception
Check-in time is from 17:00h and check-out must be completed by 11:00h. Coordinating the arrival time with the accommodation in advance is required.
