Personeel was behulpzaam. '

'I loved my stay! My first day the shower was broken and they fixed everything immediately! The communication was good and the staff was lovely, the appartment is clean and gets cleaned everyday. It is so close to everything and the street has the best vibes. As a solo female traveller i felt so safe and enjoyed my stay very much. They really try their best to make everything as good for you as possible. '

'Venlig personale og God morgenmad rent værelse'

'Schone, ruime kamer, uniek qua inrichting. Behulpzame personeel.

'Schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt, airco'

'Mooi hotel'

'Perfect location, nice staff and a large room. The room itself could use a little renovation as there was some water damage at the bathroom door and some paint missing/stains on some of the walls. I had a suite with a balcony which was nice, but I thought it was a kitchenette only there were no appliances. All and all, it was a nice stay for a couple of days and it was worth the money.'

'Our stay at Rayelin Hotel Taksim was extremely disappointing, mainly due to the poor service and lack of attention to basic guest requirements. The housekeeping service was very poor. Our room was not cleaned properly, and towels were missing from the room. Even basic amenities such as a dental kit were not provided throughout our three-day stay. The staff were extremely slow in responding to requests, and we had to follow up repeatedly for basic services that should be standard in any decent...

Mooie grote kamer.

'Clean room and great staff'
