'The house was suitable for our family of 13 and our 1 dog, we fit comfortably and were able to have a great family Christmas. Whenever we had a question or issue the host Sarah and Julio were very responsive and got right back to us. The house sits right on the Tahoe Keys and the back yard was fully fenced so the kids could play and be safe, same with the dog being outside. We had 2 feet of snow so playing out in the snow was fun.'

'The room was clean & everything was functioning. Very cute room! The door handle & window screen needed some fixing but not functional issues. There seemed to be a minimal amount of towels available. The staff was very responsive, always via text which I thought was wonderful, and also very kind in their responses. The property next door was under construction (May 2026) & had dropped nails into the parking lot, I went through & picked them up & expressed my concern to the staff & they indicated...
