The first room we had booked was absent of towels, blankets, and AC. We also noticed some bugs lying around and hair that wasn’t ours. When getting assigned another room, the battery on the door became faulty and it resulted in some of our belongings getting trapped in that room. Maintenance took a while but our third room was good, shame it was such a messy process however.

If you stay in the very back be careful because there is definitely drug or prostitution going on back there. Towards the front isn’t very bad. But they have started turning the rooms into long term monthly rentals so I imagine the quality will start to drop.

Room was absolutely gross. Pee stains on pull out bed and mattress all falling apart. The king size had hair, dirt and food crumbs on the fitted sheet under a made bed when we checked in. Nothing wiped down, shower wouldn’t get warm or drain, dirt on floor, rusted microwaves, missing insert for coffee maker and they said they didn’t have any because they were doing away with in room coffee. Nobody up front at time we would have to get up in the morning so had to buy a cheap coffee pot. Gaps in between doors so bugs getting there. One towel and one roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms total, ceiling fan remote mia and the handyman that finally got one reeked of marijuana. Remote beyond stick and nasty. Just don’t do it

The first room I was assigned was never cleaned from the last guest, food on the table and bed used. Front desk staff blamed it on a new cleaning person mislabeling what room was ready for a new guest. I was then assigned a second room. Bed was made but there were crumbs and ramen noodles on the floor. I flipped back the bedspreads and there was dirt, hair and stains on sheets. You can tell they were never changed, bed was just made. The floor wasn’t swept. Was gross. The front desk staff apologized and assigned me a third room, to which she left and walked thru herself. It was definitely cleaned, swept and bed had clean sheets. But, the room keys didn’t work. I had to get the front desk staff one last time to make new keys. All the while, she was helpful but I would never stay there again and do not recommend it.

Where to even start. First we reserved the suite, upon check in the lady at the front desk flatly said “it’s not available” she then told me there is another regular room with two queen beds and a pull out couch as my wife and I have three kids. So we get to the room and there is no pull out couch, only the two queen beds. So back to the front desk and she said “there’s nothing I can do” So I ask how this will discount our room rate, she says “no discount” never once an apology. So we go from a suite to a crammed two beds with five people. So we push the two queen beds together and proceed to go shower after a long day of traveling. Only to find no towels or wash clothes. So back to the from desk for the third time. Yep you guessed it, she says there’s nothing I can do as I’m the only one here. So I go down into the dinky wash room myself and there’s no clean wash clothes. Worst motel we have ever stayed at!

Amazing place! I love love it, one thing disappointed me was breakfast but overall the place and the room was neat and clean. Will definitely comeback and stay here

We checked in at 7 o’clock we decided to leave at 8:30 due to being at the end of the property. The place was labeled as suites which this is a motel. And we left checked out 830 and they refuse to refund the money.

It took 3 tries before we received a room we could stay in. I should mention that the staff were very nice and helpful. The first room had not been cleaned. The bed wasn’t made and there was trash including a condom wrapper on the floor. The second room had only 1 pillow and 1 set of towels. The air conditioner was on and set to 62 degrees. We couldn’t get it to turn off or change the temperature. The 3rd room worked out ok. The breakfast included make your own waffles, sausage and eggs. The property was located close to a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. Overall the property looked nice. Finding a working ice machine was a challenge.

Great experience overall with friendly staff, clean rooms, and tons of parking . It was well-lit and also dog friendly. There were several dining options close by ( walking distance)- Melting Pot, Sonny’s BBQ and Crystal River Seafood. We’ll definitely stay here again when traveling in this area . Highly recommended !!!

We arrived at 10:00PM so there was no fixing the room problems at that hour of the night. The room was filthy. There was still Taco Bell trash in the room from the last occupant. There was one bath towel and no bath mat for the floor. Breakfast in the morning was terrible. The hot foods consisted of sausages and oatmeal. You could also make a waffle. The coffee was like mud. My advice would be to pay a few dollars more and go somewhere else.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was trash in our room, poop stains in the toilet, our air conditioner and tv did not work. My baby sat on the floor for two seconds and his feet were black from grime. Absolutely disgusting and if I did not have two small children at 10pm we would have slept in the car.

Stayed here as a stop heading to Louisiana. Very pleased with accommodations, staff very friendly and wished was warmer so we could have checked the pool area out 😊 Would definitely stay again.

Started with tv not working. Remote was sticky and did not work. Floor was sticky/dirty in main area. Bathroom floor also dirty with edges filthy. Coffee pot but no coffee/filters or a place to plug in pot. Security lock on door was broken. Dog barking-people in next room arguing. To change channels on tv had to aim remote behind the tv as box was mounted on wall behind tv. Overall not a pleasant experience. Will not be back. Expedia “highly recommended” this place.

Very cute charming spot off the interstate. Stayed one night on a road trip just to sleep. Was impressed for a “motel” the room was nice and clean. Free breakfast and cute lobby, had the fireplace on for the cold morning -Nice looking pool area and chairs around the pool. I would stay again if I was passing through.

Lots of potential, but missed.
Room 125 C. The room was very basic. Floor was dirty. Bed was comfortable. Bottom sheet did not stay in place. Bathroom needed shelves for toiletries.

Good value for the price. Rooms were recently renovated and clean. Staff was friendly and accomodating. There is plenty of dining nearby and the wifi connection was fast.

At least it was cheap
Well, not off to a great start, I asked for a King bed, got two doubles. The room has sorta kinda been halfway cleaned. There were dirty towels on the floor, no clean towels. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the room. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. It looks like they are converting this to apartments, so I suppose they could care less about the hotel side.

The Studio accommodation was nice. The Murphy bed with sofa was comfortable and easy to open and close. I liked not having a bed in the way during the daytime.
