Tucked back on a private wooded lot in a neighborhood that runs along the banks of the beautiful Spring-fed Wakulla River. Conveniently close to parks, the wildlife refuge, the beach and Tallahassee, there is so much to see and do within 15-30 minutes; but once you arrive, you may not want to leave this charming cottage!

Enjoy morning coffee on one of the many decks and dine outdoors or enjoy family time on the porch high up in the trees. This immaculate home is just a short 4 minute walk to the river where two kayaks await you for a morning paddle where you will see turtles, the occasional manatee, egrets and herons.

Our home is perfectly located for quick access to state parks, rivers, beaches, and Tallahassee.
