  • Dit is een alleenstaand huis, geen flatgebouw. Geen lange gangen, geen liften. Een volledig uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, wasruimte, 2 slaapkamers, 2-1 / 2 badkamers. In Costa Rica. We noemen het een Villa en dat omvat uw eigen parkeergarage op slechts een steenworp afstand. Als je geen zin hebt om te rijden, geen probleem, want alles is op loopafstand en het is echt een betere manier om van Tamarindo en de vriendelijke bevolking te genieten. Het ongelooflijke strand ligt op slechts 850 meter afstand. Meer dan een halve mijl van avontuur in het hart van de stad.

Amazing experience!!!!

This property was perfect from the moment we got to Tamarindo! The house is basically a 10-15 minute walk from everything in the city. After going out and exploring it was great to get in the pool to relax and cool off. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make this vacation to Tamarindo absolutely perfect!!!! We will definitely be booking this place again for a future trip!

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay in Casa Colorado! The townhome is perfectly appointed for a family of four, with a fully-equipped kitchen, all the beach and pool stuff you could need, and plenty of linens and towels. Having the most gorgeous pool right in front was also a huge bonus, especially after a day of surfing or excursions. When we left after our 9-day stay, we felt as though we were leaving our home! Everything in Tamarindo center was just a 10-minute walk away, and the Thursday night market, just around the corner, is not to be missed! Do not hesitate to book this wonderful home!

Great property, loved location, property managers were always available and helpful. We rented a golf cart for ease of getting to beach and restaurants but very walkable which we also did several times. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses and pillows.

A slice of heaven

Thrilled to have had a chance to stay at this property. A friend recommended it to us based on their visit last year and it lived up to the hype. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and we all appreciated the supplies in the kitchen, the plethora of towels (and robes!) and beach accessories. Jorge was a great resource and such a nice guy. The girls loved the pool as much (maybe more?) than the beach but the location of the property allowed for us to walk to the many features of Tamarindo.We hope to return!Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the welcome book of recommendations was appreciated!

Fantastic Place in Tamarindo

Our family of four loved staying at Pueblo Colonial. Lots of space, clean and property managers very helpful and always available to answer question or for help. For 5 days this place was our base as we adventured Tamarindo and beyond with a rented golf cart. So much walking distance as well - beach, stores, restaurants and more. I would highly recommend this place with a shared pool right outside the door to enjoy as well.

Very nice place.Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Very nice pool and BBQ area. We were two couples and had no issues, great value for the money.High marks to Jorge, who looked after us and everything else at Pueblo Colonial. Not only did Jorge look after the property, but he was also a great ambassador for this close knit gated community of 8 Villa's, as well as Tamarinda and also the country of Costa Rica.Although it wasn't a long walk to the beach and downtown area, sometimes we wished it was closer.All in all, we had a great time and met a lot of other people staying in the other Villas.Pura Vida!

Great home base

This property served as a wonderful home base for our week in Tamarindo. The accommodations were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and having the pool directly outside our door was wonderful! It was a short walk (10-15 minutes, depending on your speed) to the main beach area. Kathry was very responsive to my inquiries before the trip and Sonia and Jorge were very helpful at the property. We would definitely stay here again, should our travels bring us back to Tamarindo!

Wonderful villa!

This villa was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We loved having the pool right out the front door, and the gated community was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. There are dozens of restaurants (and shopping) within a 10-15 minute walk, and we enjoyed watching the monkeys in the trees during our walks to the beach (about 15 minutes). The villa was fully equipped to cook and we also enjoyed using the grill. We appreciated the designated parking spot as well as the cooler, beach chairs, towels, etc; the villa truly had everything we needed for a fun vacation.

Wonderful family trip

We LOVED our stay at Kathy's well-appointed home. It was roomy, clean, in a safe location, well stocked for cooking, and the pool was a nice retreat as well. We used it as a home base while we did some day trips - an ideal location for that as well. Sonia and Jorge were great to work with. If transportation is needed, Sonia is a tremendous help in arranging that. We highly recommend this property. Wish we didn't have to leave.

A great rental!

This is a great rental property! The villa complex is super nice and has a great pool. This villa has everything you need - fully stocked kitchen (pans, plates, etc) plenty of bathrooms towels, beach towels, boogie board, sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrella. You’ll get sandy and muddy, but there is an outdoor shower. The property manager Sonia is a great help with the villa and booking tours, and Jorge took care of any issues we had with the villa. I would book this place again.

The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed down to the cozy robes. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning and a refreshing afternoon dip in the pool. The villa is conveniently located near a grocery store with a wonderful selection of fresh veggies, fruits, and prepared foods. There are so many restaurants to choose from and they are all wonderful. The beach is amazing and the water is the perfect temperature. Sonia and Jorge are readily available to assist.
