  • Ons appartement is licht, luchtig en zeer goed ingericht. De grote kamer, overdekt buiten zit-en eetgedeelte evenals de overdekte buiten slaapkamer Lanai kijken uit op een 650 hectare grote natuurbescherming. Wat een spectaculaire locatie en op minder dan 100 meter van de oceaan.

    Als gasten in ons huis zult u genieten van volledige lidmaatschapsprivileges bij de Langosta Beach Club zolang u bij ons blijft. De exclusieve Club, op slechts 40 meter afstand, is de enige in de omgeving en ligt aan het mooiste en gezinsvriendelijke strand in de omgeving. Het beschikt over een volledig fitnesscentrum, Pilates en yogastudio, een Frans restaurant, een geweldige bar met een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan, een groot zwembad bedekt met Spaanse glazen tegels en een overloopzwembad met uitzicht op de warme Stille Oceaan. U kunt ontspannen rond het zwembad, op het strand of in privécabanas. Stoelen, lounges en parasols worden op uw verzoek op het strand geplaatst. Douches zijn bedoeld voor gebruik bij het zwembad.

    Ons luxe appartement is gelegen in een exclusief, klein, omheind gebouw bestaande uit slechts tien eenheden op drie verdiepingen. Aan de overkant van de wereldberoemde Tamarindo Beach en Langosta Beach Club, ons huis is binnen de 600 hectare grote Tamarindo natuurreservaat en estuarium. Howler apen kunnen worden gehoord en vaak gezien vanuit zowel het appartement als de Beach Club. De Stille Oceaan ligt op slechts een minuut lopen van de voordeur.
    Onze 1500 vierkante voet huis beschikt over het beste van alles, waaronder centrale lucht, teak plafonds en houtwerk overal, travertijn kalkstenen vloeren, op maat gemaakte Costa Ricaanse meubels, granieten aanrecht. Dit is een huis met Bosch-keukenapparatuur, Williams-Sonoma-keukengerei en luxe 600-draads telbladen.

    Tamarindo is al lang een surfbestemming en ook een centrum van ecotoerisme. We hebben nu een eindeloos aantal buitenactiviteiten beschikbaar in een gebied met meer dan 75 restaurants. U kunt genieten van alles, van de lokale keuken tot echt lekker eten. Ons huis ligt op 7-10 minuten lopen naar het dorpscentrum en u kunt comfortabel naar meer dan 40 van de 60 lokale restaurants lopen. Het gebouw ligt dicht genoeg bij het stadscentrum om erg handig te zijn, maar ver genoeg om het lawaai en de congestie te voorkomen.

    Er is zoveel te doen voor de liefhebber, waaronder vissen van wereldklasse, surfen, zip-lining, duiken, jungle boottochten, schildpadden kijken, zeilen, vulkaantochten, raften, paardrijden, golfen, tennis, wandelen en gewoon ontspannen.

    Wij bieden elke service die u zich maar kunt wensen, zoals boodschappen doen bij aankomst voor late aankomsten, thuis koken van eenvoudig tot gourmet, babysitten en extra schoonmaakservice. Onze conciërge van onroerend goedbeheerders kan al uw activiteiten regelen, te beginnen met een pendeldienst naar de luchthaven of autoverhuur voor uw aankomst.

Great location and management!

Property was in a great location - walk to town and loved the beach club access. The management team was fantastic - very responsive! We loved our time here.

Perfect location for excursions

We would return to this property. It is far enough away from the hustle of Tamarindo center yet close enough to walk over to enjoy the amenities. We enjoyed having access to the beach club and beach when not visiting other beaches and national parks and really appreciated the parking facilities. The condo was perfect for our family of four and liked the layout. Rafa was the perfect host and very responsive.

Condo in Tamarindo was exceptional

I had an amazing stay in Tamarindo! The condo was everything I could have hoped for and more. The amenities were outstanding - I particularly loved the fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable beds. The location was perfect - close enough to the beach and all the local attractions, yet far enough away to feel like a peaceful oasis. But what really made my stay exceptional was the help and coordination provided by Rafa. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of, from stocking the fridge with groceries to arranging for a golf cart rental. His assistance was invaluable, and he made my trip stress-free and truly enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation rental in Tamarindo. With outstanding amenities, a great location, and the exceptional help of Rafa, it's the perfect place to stay for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Awesome beach club across the street

The beach club access with the condo was so nice to have especially if you don’t want to make your own drinks and cook all of your own meals. This condo was on the first floor with everyone walking by to get to the other condos was the only downfall. The property managers said to put our bags in the lobby but there really isn’t one. The guard who doesn’t speak English wouldn’t let us get anywhere near the building. We finally used Google translate and he took our bags. The beach club let us get our wristbands and hang out there while we waited on the condo. It is a short walk or golf cart ride into town. The property mgt company helped organize a ride back to the airport that showed up on time. Overall it was a great experience.

Nice location with beach amenities

The property was nice and the staff was very friendly. The location is easy waking distance to town and access to the beach and the beach club was nice and convenient. Only two small things with the property. The microwave wouldn't work. The manager came and said it was a known issue. He went through a sequence of things to try and it would work most the time after several tries. It should have been replaced. The only other thing was the master bed creeked loudly anytime you moved and would wake either me or my wife if one of us moved in our sleep. Overall a good experience.

Costa Rica Family Graduation Trip

We had a wonderful trip celebrating both our kids’ high school graduations. (Belated for my daughter since she graduated during Covid) The property is the perfect location for nearby restaurants, shopping and surfing. My son loves to surf hit the waves both morning and evening for our entire stay. He was so happy and worn out! Renting a golf cart was perfect for going places a bit further than we wanted to walk. Rafa was our concierge and made everything perfect for us! He was available for our questions and/or help with arranging tours our anything else we needed both before& during our trip. He was amazing! Access to the Langosta Beach Club was especially nice when we needed quick access to the beach or pool. The cabanas are wonderful for having time by the pool but also allow a breeze & a break from the sun. Joseph was also available for us to help with anything we needed. He was extremely nice & accommodating for our entire 5 day trip! From our condo and the beach club, we saw literally 20-25 howler monkeys crossing to a new location in the tree tops (near the pool). We saw iguanas, interesting looking squirrel type animals, hummingbirds, and beautiful parrots & lots of other birds. This was my 2nd visit to CR and I was so pleased with all the nature and animals we had right where we stayed! We recommend Ibis for anyone visiting Tamarinda for first time since everyone is so friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to learn the area or return to! Pura Vida!

Great location, great people.

Condo was clean, just what we needed for our stay for a friends wedding. Had everything we needed and more. We liked being out of the bustle of downtown yet seconds to stores and restaurants if needed. We rented a golf cart that was delivered and was perfect for a few days. Beach on this end is the best! Not as crowded, we loved that. The staff at the condo complex are the best, so nice, always welcoming with a smile, ready to help with anything.
