Dit uitzicht op de oceaan 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, twee verdiepingen penthouse appartement heeft de beste locatie in Tamarindo. Ervaar een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan, de ongerepte tuin en het 10.000 SF vrije zwembad. Deze geweldige ruimte is professioneel ontworpen en ingericht door de populaire lokale architect Architect Xyanna Bateau. Deze eigenschap is echt uniek met verbazingwekkende aandacht voor detail in elk materiaal in het hele pand! Er is een ongelooflijk ruim balkon, met veel zitplaatsen buiten en een gasbarbecue voor persoonlijk gebruik. Dit appartement is gelegen in het Diria Resort - het enige resort aan het strand in Tamarindo. Als gast van deze woning heeft u gegarandeerd toegang tot het 10.000 SF vrije vorm zwembad met swim-up bar direct voor dit appartement, evenals vele restaurants en bars, winkels en toegang tot het strand tijdens uw verblijf. Het beroemde strand van Tamarindo ligt op slechts 150 meter afstand en u bent midden in de stad, op loopafstand van zowat alles.

Met meer dan 1650 SF aan woonruimte, is er genoeg ruimte voor uw groep om zich te verspreiden en te ontspannen. Er zijn twee grote slaapkamers, elk met een kingsize bed en een volledig eigen badkamer op elk niveau van het pand. Ruime woon- en eetkamer en toegang tot een groot balkon met uitzicht op de oceaan. Grote smart-tv's in de familiekamer en beide slaapkamers. Kabel-tv, high speed wifi, telefoon en airco. Beide slaapkamers zijn zeer ruim. Binnen wasmachine / droger voor uw gebruik. De gastronomische keuken is volledig gevuld en beschikt over alle kookgerei en benodigdheden perfect voor de chef-kok in uw groep. De accommodatie heeft een kluis op de kamer, 24 uur per dag beveiliging en beveiligde parkeergelegenheid. Schoonmaakservice is inclusief 1 keer per week lang boeken. Deze eigenschap slaapt 4 in bedden en is geschikt voor nog eens 1-2 gasten op de grote sofa en een luchtbed. * Voor grotere groepen beheren we unit 301 naast de deur en is geschikt voor grote groepen van 12-14 gasten!

This was the perfect place for us! It is located in the center of town with easy access to everything. The condo is unique and extravagantly decorated. I don’t know how often this happens, but there was a family of monkeys that came to eat in the tree right off the balcony each morning. We love watching them. Also, there was a dazzling show of dragonflies in the morning and swallows in the evening. It had a magnificent view of Tamarindo Bay. We would definitely return.

Amazing Views!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was stunning! The place was clean and check in was super easy. We never cooked so didn’t have a need for any kitchen utensils but it seemed it would have everything you need. It was nice being walking distance to everything in town. It was also a treat to have monkeys right outside the balcony! We would definitely stay here again!

Diria 302 was the perfect place to stay in Tamarindo. Gorgeous views of the pool, trees and ocean. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed and in great condition. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Switched condo for mechanical reasons, less than honest communication/follow up.

Blue zone has been great for us in the past, and like other times, the amount of info shared in advance was super impressive and timely. Due to an issue w/ the central air unit, they needed to swap us from our reserved, penthouse ocean view condo to another unit. All good, and understandable-stuff happens. However… They wanted us to pay the same amount for the new unit though it rented for as much as 80/90 less/night. they said we’d like it better bc this unit had an elevator and the penthouse didn’t. the new unit was on the ground floor and didn’t need one, and our new view featured a view of a parking lot. I barked about this disparity and they finally came w/ an offer of 10% off of the original price. They also offered early entry at noon. We showed up at 1230, only to find the workers still there, and in fact the maids needed to be there until 420p, nearly 1.5hrs passed when regular check in would have taken place. Then, we discovered one of the beds had a broken bed frame, and another had a comforter that was still wet. The maids finally left, but we found that they’d left a set of keys in a door. I appraised Blue Zone off these issues and they offered to bring something by to make things right, but never followed thru w/ that either. The condo itself is lovely, nicely decorated and the materials are not cheap. It’s nice that the pool is easily accessed, but it’s a bit bizarre that in order to lock the space, you can’t lock the condo from the sliding doors.

Great start to our vacation

We picked this location since it's a great spot to access all things in Tamarindo. The space was great, with a lovely view and we had everything we needed. The listing did say that there was no elevator but failed to mention the additional stairs to climb from the pool. We counted a total of 91 stairs although we are fairly fit it was no issue and good exercise overall. I would recommend this space. On a side note, we really enjoyed the unique interior decor.

We knew there were stairs involved, but to get to the pool it was about 6 flights. Disappointed that we were not permitted to use the resorts other 2 pools. Had enough toilet paper for 3 days. Had to find a market to purchase. For the amount we paid, you would think toilet paper is included.

First, let me start by saying the views are absolutely incredible from the balconies. The communication was amazing with Kelly and the rest of her group. The penthouse was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would stay here again! The monkeys outside of the balcony were an added bonus. Just to mention, there are a lot of steps to reach the entrance of the third-floor condo. We are a very active family and enjoyed the exercise, but this would not be good for someone who has physical limitations.

Place was Lovely but management was terrible

The property was very nice and well appointed. The location is good, but you need to be able to negotiate a lot of steps from the unit into town. The views were terrific and we had howler monkeys right outside our balcony. The main downside was upon arrival, the door code that we were emailed the day prior to arrival did not work. We called the phone numbers for management that we were given including the emergency number. There was no answer at any of them during the next hours with several tries. It was getting dark and we had no place to stay. We found one more phone number for someone (we think the owner). It was a mobile number. We tried that and someone answered. They were not happy we called and were very rude. Told us to call the other numbers. We told them no one answered and the door code was didn't work. They again were rude and kept trying to tell us we were at the wrong building. After explaining we were in the right place several times, she finally yelled to someone else and asked what the door code was for the unit. I tried it and it worked. The number had no relation to the one that they gave us. The person then hung up on us without an apology. There also were no armbands or gate cards left in the unit so we had to contact them again for those. Over the next two days, we observed two other renters show up to check in with door codes that also did not work. This group needs to get their check in processes in better order. Also, the second bedroom on the main floor does not have a closet or dresser to put clothes. You can't unpack.

Beautiful aesthetics, Horrible smell

This is a beautiful spot, has everything g you’d want, and walking distance to anything you’d want to do in Tamarindo. But the smell of septic or dead animal coming from the laundry room in the master bath was nauseating. It filled the master bedroom and leaked down into common area. Needs to be fixed for cost of stay.

Stairway to heaven

We did not expect to walk so many steps up to the building. That was a little challenging. The unit was lovely and the view was awesome! We watched monkeys eat leaves in the trees right outside our balcony while we had coffee every morning. That was so cool! We had a great time!

Such a nice place to stay location was fantastic, views were better than expected. It is a great condo for 2 couples the 2 masters one up and one down with their own bathrooms is fabulous. The unit is clean and very nice in all aspects. Only downfall is no elevator for older folks it can be a problem but it was fine for us.

While it's a little hard to find the property without assistance the first time, the property is fantastic. Jaw dropping views, clean, and everything (and more) you'll need. Dual master suites were great.

UNBELIEVABLE STAY

This condo was perfect! Order a golf cart to get around the town, but other than that. The beds and views were incredible. The pool is definitely where you want to cool off and relax. You should ATV while in Costa Rica as well. Get groceries when you first check in, it will top off the beautiful condo!!

Beautiful Ocean View

Perfect place for a girl's getaway. The sunsets were beautiful on the beach but the sunset view from the condo may have been our favorite. Nice big porches and bathrooms. Has a grill, beach chairs, pool floats, and a cooler. The Diria condos wrist band also allows you access to the Diria hotel/beach. Great location that is close to the beach as well as the grocery store. It is on the third floor and there are also additional steps to get to the pool, so must be ok with going up/down stairs. Renting golf carts was a great way to get around town. Loved the food everywhere. Must go to rumors for their tuna carpaccio and octopus carpaccio. Agua salada was a cool place to hang out at too. All round great town & condo!

Beautiful Condo and Perfect Location!

The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located close to a grocery store, the bank, and the beach. Bluewater was also very helpful with providing recommendations on activities and restaurants. A couple of us worked remote from here during the week and the internet worked very well. I would definitely stay here again, I didn't want to leave!

The place had a beautiful view. Was perfect for 4 people, any more it would have been very crowded. Beds were comfortable, the property manager was easy to work with and had quick responses. Very convenient in town, easy for people who don’t mind walking.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The penthouse was beautiful and just as shown on line. Nice they had beach towels and beach chairs. Must be in good shape to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs as there was no elevator. Would definitely stay again.
