Rent for less than a hotel!! This three bedroom, two bath condo is located in the middle of it all! Cross the street, and you hit the sand at Tamarindo Beach. Hear the waves crash from your terrace! Luxury and convenience describe this wonderful condo located in the Sunrise gated community. This is the best location in Tamarindo and you are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, medical services and more, so a car is not necessary!

This exclusive 1600 SF, second floor condo has all brand new furniture and features a king-size bed in the master with private bath. There are also two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the third bedroom. The two twin beds can be formed into a King bed upon request. This property sleeps 6 people comfortably. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.

The spacious kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinetry and is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware. There is a private washer/dryer in unit for your use. Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and 24-hour security included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Flat screen television in living room. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Large, resort style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax. As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt , sugar , cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. Awesome place to stay

The property was just as described. Perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space, comfortable and all the amenities we needed. Pool is beautiful. Great location. The air wasn’t working in one bedroom and the management promptly came to fix it. We had an amazing time with Howler Monkeys in the tree. We would most definitely stay again at this property

Getaway from the Cape

Overall the condo was as expected, with great balcony, roomy, comfortable sleeping, little amenities (like shower accessories, beach towels and kitchen supplies). We doo have suggestions which we believe would enhance the guest experience at little investment by the owner. These include: *Additional silverware - there were only 6 forks for example) *Wastebaskets in the 2 bedrooms *Additional bath towels and face cloths. There were only 4 bath towels and 2 face cloths for the 4 of us - and it was a 3 bedroom condo *A ceiling fan in the balcony. Looks like most other units have this. *A set of directions with general information, especially for the tv. This is the first time in a VRBO that didn't supply information. Had to ask for restaurant info, which Olber did supply, but shouldn't have had to ask. *Hints on how to get a taxi would be helpful *The shower floors were very slippery and dangerous. We mitigated it with dish towels on the floor, but especiaally with no grab bars, it is an accident waiting to happen *While the beach chairs were a nice gesture, they were practically inoperable. *Pool was murky much of the time. We acknowledge that there were a lot of kids using the pool during our stay, a little more attention could be given to this.

Old buildings Sunrise #2

The guest toliet did not work did not drain. Bedroom TV to small and old the sound did not come out clear. No instruction to change from Spanish to English. There was so much construction noise and maintenance noise throughout the 12 days of our stay. The elevator did not work all the time. On our day of departure we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. No ice trays in the freezer to make ice. It is a good location to walk to all the store's and restaurant's, the beach is just across the street.

Perfect location

Right in the middle of town just walk out your door to the main road! The second floor residence provides privacy from the pool level but still great views of the pool. Furniture is newer. Beach chairs, towels and cooler are included. (Master bed is very firm.) Kitchens updated. Bathrooms could use renovation. Light sleepers might need a sound machine as the birds will wake you up at 5am. Overall a great spot!

Great spot for families in Tamarindo

We enjoyed this unit with our two elementary age children. There was plenty of space in the unit for the four of us and having the on-site pool was a major perk. It is right across the street from the beach, so we could go over there for a swim without taking any of our valuables and easily pop back and grab things as needed. I suggest bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as the noise from outside can be very loud. That isn’t to say you will find a quieter place in town, there is a lot going on day and night in Tamarindo.

Fabulous condo, great location!

Loved staying at Sunrise Condos. Right across the street from Tamarindo Beach, lots of great restaurants at this end of town and just a short walk to the busier downtown area. Couldn't have been happier with the condo, communication with the host and the area. Loved it!!

Great location and clean condo. Everything was wonderful. Basics included! The only issue we had while there was the water pressure and the master bath shower head was broken. We used the guest shower and everything worked out great! Could have used an umbrella...(might be a good thing to add for guest use!) Perfect Central Location

The Sunrise is a condo complex that is located right across the beach and is within walking distance of all restaurants in Tamarindo. There is a small grocery store less than a 5 minute walk away. The Sunrise #2 is a nice sized condo that would easily accommodate 6 people. It’s well appointed and tastefully decorated. Communication with owner/manager was prompt and courteous. Highly recommended.
