  • Adembenemende Ocean front, end unit condo: ruim, open concept, 3 slaapkamers, 3 en een half bad. [1 koning, 5 tweelingen OF 2 koningen 3 tweelingen]. Op steenworp afstand van geweldig zwem- en surfstrand. Geniet van een duik in een groot overloopzwembad aan de oceaan. Twee prachtige privé-dekken om de verbazingwekkende zonsopgang en zonsondergangen te bekijken. Hoofddek is bedekt en ingericht met eettafel en loungemeubilair. Het dakterras is half overdekt en half open lucht, ingericht met loungemeubilair, Tiki-bar, tv en barbecue.
    Mooie houten meubels binnen en buiten de flat gemaakt door lokale vakman. Grote woonkamer met 13 meter hoge plafonds, Natuzzi-leer en grote Smart TV. Internet, airconditioning, plafondventilatoren, grote wasmachine en droger. Alle slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer met regendouchekoppen en glazen deuren. Absolutely gorgeous. The rooftop was perfect for ocean views, morning coffee, and stargazing. Steps to the beach and a short walk to swim in the ocean. Tide pools in front with the change of tides. Great pool to cool down in. Location was fantastic- quieter then Tamarindo, but just a golf cart ride away. The perfect mix. Host was very welcoming, assisted with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! It is a beautiful place to stay with two outdoor decks, both of which have incredible views. Management was helpful and very easy to work with. We are already talking about our next trip there, and couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Incredible property with incredible views!

This place is a true home - on top of the great views, the kitchen and living space is equipped with practically everything you need. The building is managed well and safely, and the top deck is just to die for. Would come back for sure!

One of the best properties in this area. Great management team with Five Star Tamarindo (Romi was our concierge). Great property spacious room is completely furnished. Lots of little amenities. Well appointed. Pool and ocean right out front! Very secure property 24/7. Friendly, professional, polite, and accommodated every request. Very attentive and responsive management. Very attractive property.

Simply an Amazing Property!!

Our stay at Playa Langosta exceeded all our expectations! I would highly recommend this property. The property manager was very friendly and very responsive to all our questions. They helped us arrange a rental car and a snorkeling excursion. The condo was exceptionally clean with very nice amenities. The rooftop patio was sublime. We spent our evenings listening to the ocean and looking at the stars. We highly recommend!!! We can't wait to go back!!

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo

My family of four loved staying here! The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located close to town. The views of the water and sunsets were spectacular. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but we most frequently used our rented golf cart to get around. I don't think I can adequately express how helpful Romi (the concierge) was. She set up all of our activities as well as made dinner reservations. And she was incredibly patient as I kept making changes! The whole experience of booking and staying at the condo was relaxed and easy. I would definitely stay there again!

The property was truly 5 star as well as the concierge support from Romi. Great communication via email and WhatsApp, very responsive. The property has 24/7 security to let you in the gated parking / property access. The unit is very well appointed with appliances and furniture. The covered deck and rooftop deck were both used regularly and are very enjoyable spaces. We had a guest chef and everything needed to cook and clean was provided. The included water dispenser and ice machine was also much appreciated. The three bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and had their own bathroom.

Nice property. Photos show everything you need to know, no surprises. Pretty sure very few properties in the area will have as nice a view of the ocean. Pool quiet and nice. Well maintained property grounds, safe and secure. Beach access fantastic, 30-40 min beach walk to Tamarindo main area around the point at all the highest tide (never walked in on road). 4 nice eateries within 5 min walk from condo. Small supermarket with essentials 2 min walk. Building a house next door, not noisy when we were there which looks like it will be in progress for a while. Didn’t find it an issue.
