The entrance opens onto a pleasant living area combining a fully equipped kitchen with a dining space and a cozy lounge with a sofa bed, a television, and internet access. The ground floor also includes a separate toilet with a washbasin, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a sink, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).

Upstairs, an attic bedroom offers two single beds (90 cm) that can be arranged to suit your needs.

The cottage also features a separate, independent area with an additional kitchen and a suite comprising a shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a convertible bed that can be configured as two 90cm single beds or one 180cm double bed.

Outside, a pleasant terrace in front of the kitchen is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, and a griddle, perfect for al fresco dining.
The large shared garden invites relaxation and leisure. You'll find plenty of shaded areas to unwind, as well as play equipment for children.
The swimming pool, shared with the owners, measures 8 x 4m and is 1.20m deep. It is open from June to the end of September. Treated with chlorine, it is secured by a fence and an alarm, allowing you to enjoy swimming with complete peace of mind. In the heart of the Périgord Noir region, Montignac-Lascaux captivates visitors with its exceptional heritage, including the Lascaux IV International Centre for Cave Art, dedicated to the famous Lascaux cave.
