The room was clean and bed was as comfortable. The only complaint was the food ran out before breakfast was over. It appeared the service staff was taking food for themselves and not worried about guests. The coffee creamer was empty and when the staff (making plates) were told they laughed and said “no speak English”.

Excelente hotel. Muy amables en la recepcion. Camas comodas, habitaciones iluminadas, muy limpio, TV con amplia oferta de canales. Desayuno variado y muy bueno. En las tardes (sab y dom) ponen galletas de cortesia y siempre hay cafe sin costo adicional. Lo unico que creo deben mejorar es que el Wifi era intermitente en la habitacion, realmente para mi es importante ya que necesitaba trabajar. El wifi del Lobby es mucho mejor, pero a veces uno prefiere trabajar en la habitacion.

Very nice hotel that is convenient to Tampa Downs and a good variety of dining in walking distance or a very short drive. The staff was friendly and helpful, very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, also very quiet which surprised us in the busy location. Standard hotel breakfast but still tasty and decent variety. Price point very good for location and quality of room/service. We were impressed and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Clean and quiet, friendly staff. We stayed in the first room on the first floor and was afraid it was going to be noisy. To our surprise we did not hear a thing and slept through the night. We only stayed for one night.

Clean and good location. Only a single elevator for all floors. My bed was behind the elavator and would get very loud everytike elevator was being used. Breakfast needs improvement.

Travelling for work. Last Minute Plans, front desk staff super helpful, room was next to elevator was very quiet u til morning when guests were leaving. Wasn’t an issue since we were getting up and leaving. Would definitely stay there again.
