I would give the lowest rating possible if I could. The establishment has a pungent odor reminiscent of aged apartment buildings, cigarette smoke, and marijuana. The presence of roaches crawling throughout the room was disturbing. Furthermore, clean bath towels were consistently unavailable. Only three staff members possessed adequate English language proficiency. Upon arrival, I discovered hair in my bed, which was attributed to the dryer. After the third day, I was compelled to purchase my own toilet paper and towels. The front desk staff lacked uniform attire and exhibited a notable lack of hospitality and friendliness. One agent consistently wore a New York baseball cap while on duty. And infomed me that I needed to speak with “my house keeper they dont arrive until 8 am” The maintenance personnel wore jeans and casual tee shirts, often accompanied by baseball caps. Uniforms were only consistently worn by the housekeeping staff, who appeared disinterested in their duties. The breakfast offerings were frequently understocked; upon arriving early, I would find the attendant engaged in prolonged conversations. Daily inquiries regarding various items, such as bacon, syrup, cereal, and hot water, were consistently met with the response "no more." When I requested juice, the attendant placed an out-of-order sign on the machine, only for me to discover later from another guest that it had merely been turned off.
