Great spot with old town charm

Nicely done interior space above garage. Location was perfect for us near Univ of Tampa for Softball. Water and upscale restaurants just a few minute walk.

Perfect!

This apartment is perfect. The location is amazing for anywhere you want to go downtown. The host is attentive and makes sure everything is perfect. The apartment is clean and bright and everything is nice. I cannot find one negative. On a personal note, I rented this for my mom to stay at while my dad had open heart surgery since it is only 2 miles from the hospital. Jerry the owner, worked with us to adjust our check out times when the hospital didn’t release my dad on time. He was truly an angel in a time of need and this apartment has made a difficult time so much easier. I would give 1000 stars if I could. I would highly, highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Tampa area. The neighborhood is just adorable and you won’t regret it!

Beautiful studio apartment with the best location in Tampa!

We had an amazing long weekend staying at this property. Jerry was an outstanding host who had great communication and even helped us check in early, as our flight arrived in the early morning. The property is located in the best part of Tampa (walking distance to Hyde Park, SoHo and beautiful bayshore)! We’ll definitely be back for another visit!

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable Studio

The location of this property is perfect as it is equally distant from the bay front sidewalk, Hyde Park Village and South Howard street restaurants and bars. The property is clean and has everything you need for a short stay. The AC unit is a bit loud when it kicks on, but we got used to it after the first night. We will stay here again when visiting Tampa for sure.
