Drove 8 hrs from Atlanta, got there at 2, Lanora would not check me in, said she would call when a room was ready. Never called. Went back at 3:15 to see 4 groups ahead of me. Chrcked in. The hallway smelled like a cigarette plant the whole weekend. The room smelled like mildew. Refrigerator didn’t work very well. Filter needed changed on microwave. Toilet ran all second night. Told a young man at check out and he could care less. No points, no comp. I have stayed there maybe 20 different times over the years. The property was once the jewel of Oldsmar, now its a nightmare.

Horrible so not book this hotel
The bathroom toilet ran all night … I could not sleep as the bathroom is right next the bed ,even with the door closed. The bed sheet are in horrible condition. The sheet are so worn out that is was full of sheet bumps. I had to replace the sheets with a spare I found in the closet. Why wouldn’t housekeeping notice this maybe because this is the kind of service they offer. Attention to detail is not important. Then breakfast was very limited and the employee just stand there waiting you service from their very limited food. No fruit or creamer just to mention.

As a germophob i was impressed with the cleaniness of the room. The staff were super nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the clean pool every day. The location was perfect, not more than a half hour to zootampa, busch gardens, Aquariums and dinosaur world. You dont realize how convenient a kitchen is when traveling with two little ones, a big bonus for that. Will return and highly recommend.
