Amazing Tampa Bay waterfront house on huge 1+ acre lot. Beautiful Cypress wood exterior with a total of 6 bedrooms/5 bathrooms that feature 3 master bedrooms w/private bathrooms & walk-in showers. Will sleep 14 people. Fully equipped fitness room, pool table, laundry room, and fully furnished kitchen. Two 67 ft lanais facing the river, 3 porch swings, outside kitchen & a 2 story 175 ft long dock w/sundeck, & fish cleaning station. Enjoy swimming, kayaking & fishing right off the dock.

Year-round carnival within walking distance and several good restaurants in the area.
15 minutes from Busch Gardens and a short 20 minute drive on I-75 to downtown Tampa.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this location. We stayed for a family wedding and it suited our needs as well. The house has a unique design and it is very spacious. The views and private dock are just unbeatable in its beauty. This is a great home for adults and couples who are looking for a nice retreat. The pool table and common areas are perfect families to spend time together and enjoy the space without feeling crowded. One of the families in our group had younger children, three of them under the age of nine years old and the house wasn’t as comfortable for them, but they very much enjoyed fishing off the dock, and that kept them entertained for hours. Overall, it was a very nice stay, the host was hospitable and attended to our needs.

Great Trip

This was the perfect home for our Annual Women's Final Four trip! Plenty of space for us to spread out...amazing out door living and very convenient to downtown. We will be back if our travels take us to Tampa!

Kitchen small, but ok. Not alot of storage. Upstairs bedrooms are awesome! Multiple master bedrooms to choose from. We really enjoyed the dock and the pool. Outside porch decks had nice views. Just wish the inside staircase had railings for my mom. We would definitely rent again.

Great Trip. Stayed at the house with a group of my closest friends. The house was more than expected and just the hands-off approach by the ownership, paired with their ability to logistically coordinate made this place 10/10. Highly recommend .

USYS National qualifier

Our soccer team was in Tampa for a National qualifier. 5 families stayed here. It was 5 boys that were 15 and 7 parents. The property is on a beautiful waterfront. It has a long double dock with beautiful views from the top, and a cleaning station for Fish below. You can catch fish from the deck and blue crabs. The Pool is nice with a deck you can sit on with beautiful views of the water. It is above the ground pool and cannot be heated so it was too cold to swim in Feb. The lanai on the house face the water as well and provide an excellent view. The porch swings are very nice to swing on. The furniture on the 2 Lanai were mildewed and no one felt comfortable sitting on them. The house on the bottom floor did not smell good and had a damp and musty odor that did not completely improve with fresh air. The stove top and microwave did not work which hampered ability to cook and enjoy meals together. The host did try to have stove top repaired but could not repair it while we were there. She did buy pizza for group for one night. We were looking forward to a pontoon boat ride but the host could not locate key. They did offer for next day for a boat ride but we were leaving that day. I overall think house would be great for people who like to fish and enjoy the beautiful views. The boat ride would be amazing as waterway is beautiful.

Great house, terrific location

We were a group of 12 ladies staying at this very cool house for an extended girls’ weekend. The house was the perfect size for us. We loved the screened-in lanai on both floors, and the workout room was a nice bonus. We wish we could have arranged for a ride on the pontoon boat that’s docked at the property, but we ran out of time.

Hidden Little Gem

Where do i start! This place was AMAZING. conveniently located near theme parks, downtown & of course the water! This house came with the option to reserve 2 separate properties right next to each other. We had a party of 12 (teens & adults)The main house was more than enough space to accommodate us all COMFORTABLY. There is a large pool which the kids loved, a beautiful dock for fishing w/cleaning station, that the young adults couldn't get enough of and for the adults beautiful relaxing views with 2 spacious fully furnished porch/balconies to relax and take it all in. The kitchen appliances were very up to date & plenty of dishes available which is normally an issue when traveling with a large group. Oh did i mention the option to reserve a 12 person pontoon boat that was so nice & comfy that also came with a captain!!!! Frank was the property manager/ boat captain & he made the stay EVEN BETTER! He was very accommodating, knowledgeable about what to do & available at anytime. We enjoyed Frank so much had he not been on the clock we would have added him to our group! Lol THANK YOU FRANK❤️. LISTEN THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST STAYS I HAVE HAD & YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PROPERTY! It was like one stop shopping & i plan on returning. Thank you to the host, this property is AMAZING & we REALLY ENJOYED your space!
