De Palm Tree II zwembad thuis met DRIE KONING BEDDEN (* Hot Tub, gratis verwarmd zwembad) Licht en luchtig met een beachy Floridian gevoel. Gerenoveerd in 2019. Elke slaapkamer heeft een tv. Dit is het volgende niveau van de Plam tree # 1 Geclassificeerd als VRBO in Apollo Beach. We wilden onze game uitbreiden met een huis dat meerdere generaties of meerdere families aankan. De master en woonkamer hebben 55 "tv's. Alle kamers hebben Netflix beschikbaar. Verscheidenheid van bordspellen zijn inbegrepen voor regenachtige dagen. Geniet het hele jaar door van het verwarmde zwembad of vis vanaf de pier. De golfbaan van Apollo Beach ligt op loopafstand. Kajaks en waterfietsen Vier fietsen en cornhole game zijn ook inbegrepen. Breng uw boot voor de perfecte Apollo-strandvakantie.

Mijn vrouw en ik hebben sinds 2006 vakantieverhuur. In de loop der jaren hebben we een paar ideeën opgepikt en geluisterd naar onze gasten. Wij geloven dat we niet alleen de beste Apollo Beach verhuur hebben samengesteld, maar ook de perfecte vakantie verhuur. Dit huis staat vol met voorzieningen die geschikt zijn voor alle leeftijdsgroepen. We zijn constant op zoek om ons huis te verbeteren en geloven dat het altijd beter kan. We hopen dat je The Palm Tree hebt gekozen voor je volgende Florida Vist. Je zult het geweldig vinden!

De hot tub voor 10 personen heeft een toeslag van $ 75 per huurperiode. De vergoeding is voor aftappen en schoonmaken.

Bekijk de bezorgservice van Publix online voordat je aankomt. Publix bezorgt bij de voordeur. Dit kan je een hoop tijd besparen wanneer je wat plezier probeert te hebben.

Had a wonderful time during our week in Apollo Beach. Lots of room to spread out, enjoyed fishing from the dock, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub! Looking forward to going back!

It was a wonderful property for our large extended family to be together to celebrate our High School Graduate and witness a six year learning to swim and have an eight year old boy an opportunity to catch his first fish! Lots of fun things to do- kayaking, biking, swimming, playing pool- relaxing! It was the best!

This is a wonderful house. It fit our needs. We came to celebrate our grandsons graduation. We had were close to where he lives. We also had a few family members stay with us. We had plenty of room. The pool was awesome, as it was near ninety every day. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi, Michael on top of it and it was resolved. We will be back. Thanks!

We wanted to travel, but wanted a staycation feel. Palm Tree II was a 100% match. Everything that was needed for our stay was within the home. We kept our in home menu's simple, but all of the cooking gadgets were there for more complex meals. We traveled with our adult children and new grandson. Everything we needed for him was available to us by communication with the owners. We loved that there were beachy, open air restraunt choices within a 10 minute drive. Serious foodie choices require a 20 to 50 minute drive. We limited our ventures to 10 to 15 minutes due to the new baby on this trip. The photos of this home are accurate and it includes many entertainment options. Best of all was that it was very clean. A huge thank you to the owners for offering this gem.

My family and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were all very comfortable. The home is beautiful and filled with everything you need. We had a toddler and the security screen for the pool helped calm my nerves. We have already booked our return visit. My husband fished for snook at night in one of the many kayaks. It was his best year for snook. Thanks for the great memories

This vacation home is equipped with everything you could possibly need from beach equipment to spices for cooking. The pool area is comfortable and relaxing. The family room TV is huge and the seating accommodates all family members. It is a newly renovated kitchen area and the showers are definitely modern. Great place!

From the beginning, we had high hopes based on previous reviews and they were all met or exceeded! Michael was a fantastic host, offering us both early check-in (unprompted) and late check-out (as no one was checking in that day. On the first night, we called about a small issue. He quickly addressed it and also stayed on the phone for a good 20 minutes giving us dining and entertainment suggestions for the week, many of which we did and enjoyed. During the stay, we did have a couple more small issues, but they were all very promptly addressed. The pool and the hot tub were beautiful, the main entertainment area and kitchen were perfect for gathering. We will very likely stay at one of his properties again!

The pictures of this home don't do it justice. Completely remodeled and perfect for our family get away. Love the open floor plan that allowed us to all be together while fixing meals, eating and watching television. The grandkids loved the heated pool and the adults the hot tub. Morning coffee on the dock where we saw dolphins and manatees in the canal. Plenty of sleeping space with comfy beds. We all slept great! Can't say enough good things about Michael who was helpful. With two hurricanes we were concerned but Michael was quick to respond to our questions and reassure us. Check in and out was a breeze and he gave us some suggestions for dining. The Apollo Beach Diner is very close and has fabulous breakfasts and Stein and Vine in Riverview for dinner was great! We would love to come back!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Palm Tree Two property. My family was really impressed with the house and all its amenities. The kitchen was renovated days before our arrival and the host did a wonderful job in the process. It really makes the entire house shine. The kitchen was STOCKED! There was nothing we were missing. There were seemingly dozens of silverware, plates, pots, etc. It's just the right amount of items for a five bedroom house. The entire property was clean and tidy. The access to the water canal was ideal for adventurous teenagers who wanted to kayak. We loved our stay.

My family and I were just looking to have a relaxing get away from the daily grind. That's exactly what this property offers. Palm Springs 2 has wonderful interior spaces. A great heated pool and hot tub, along with a beautiful dock on the canal. Oh yeah, the big question, my son had every intention of asking his soon to be fiancée for her hand in marriage on the beach. After seeing the view from your dock, plans changed. Not sure if this is the first proposal on your property, but it was PERFECT!!! We definitely will be staying here again. This property will always hold a special place in our ❤️'s!

House was great! Ample bedrooms and comfy beds. Two bunk rooms for kids and three king rooms for adults, with a bathroom in each bedroom area. Pool was great, the kids swam non stop. We Took some day trips to the beaches, but really enjoyed our afternoons and some days at the house and pool. We used the bikes, kayaks and enjoyed mornings on the canal. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and accessories and everything we needed and the grill was great. Had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler so made the beach trips perfect! And even did some fishing!

My wife & I traveled with our disabled son & stayed at the house for a month! Mike & Ava were instrumental in making the house accessible for my son who is in a wheelchair. They moved furniture and rearranged areas in the house to make it easier to move around. They were unbelievable in accommodating our needs and being a phone call away made all the difference. Communications with Mike & Ava were easy with all our questions being answered immediately. I want to take this time to thank Mike & Ava for making this trip most enjoyable & easy as the house was very spacious, comfortable & fully equipped. The backyard was outstanding with the pool, jacuzzi & the dock with the high-top tables.

I couldn’t ask for any better because everything was right and fell into place perfectly. The owners were exceptional. You can tell they take pride in their house. We stayed at Palm Tree 2 for Spring Break and had an amsazing time. The property is wonderful for our 3 families. Everyone had their own space both in and outside. The pool and hot tub were used everyday and a highlight. The kids had a great time fishing off the dock everyday and we all enjoyed sitting with a cup of coffee and enjoying listening to the fish jump and even spotting dolphins and a mantee! Mike is wonderful to work with! I highly reccommend staying at Palm Tree 2!

We had such an amazing time. Kayaking, swimming, going to the park that’s literally right down the road. Michael/Eva were responsive and had wonderful suggestions (Circles restaurant was delicious). We saw dolphins several times and even kayaked next to them. Rented a boat for a couple days. Biked, played pickleball, swam and swam some more.

What an amazing vacation home!! The pool, hot tub, and dock and just perfect for enjoying the Florida sun! The bedroom & bathroom set up is perfect for large families. Everything you could need for cooking meals at home was provided. The owners were very responsive and great!
