This apartment is located in historical Tampella neighborhood close to the Tampere downtown as well as Lake Näsijärvi. The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment and there is a private sauna and a glazed balcony for you to use. When renting this apartment you`ll also get access to the building parking hall and can park one car there for free.

The apartment is well equipped and you only need to have your personal belongings and hygiene products with you when staying with us. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, towels, sheets, coffee etc. included in the rent. The apartment hosts up to 6 people. There is two double beds (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) as well as a bed sofa (140cm wide) for you to use.

Tampella area is a quiet, modern and safe neighborhood right next to Tampere downtown. You can easily walk to the downtown and you do not need to have a car to stay in here. The walk from the railway or bus station to the apartment takes around 15 minutes. You`ll also find the historical Finlayson area and Tammerkoski rapids close to the building. Lake Näsijärvi and Kauppi outdoor areas are also just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.
