I was able to have a relaxing stay in a very quiet environment. However, I felt stressed because the Wi-Fi was sometimes connected and sometimes not. Even when connected, the communication speed was slow.

Pleasant stay overall! The place is a bit tired and outdated but it’s really not too bad. Front desk and housekeeping staff members are great! I had an issue with my room location and Ms. Deandra Flores truly went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Ms. Tracey also helped provide timely and professional customer service regarding a separate issue that occurred during the visit. The hotel is in a prime location, as it’s close proximity of a local gym, stores, restaurants, and multiple shopping stores (K-Mart is right up the hill). I would come back!

騒がしく無くて家族にはぴったりです。キッチンも綺麗です。セキュリティボックスが無かったがすぐ持ってきてくれました。コインランドリー用の両替は2ドルまでしかしてくれませんでした。足りなかったです。プールはほぼ貸切です。小さい子供も安心の深さのエリアがあります。ジャグジーもあります。近くにトイレもあります。 コスパ重視の旅行には最適です。

I requested a condominium type accommodation because I was traveling with my elderly parents. I wanted to keep costs down as I stayed for 6 nights. So this hotel was suitable for that. However, I was disappointed that there were not enough cooking utensils. The staff were very kind and pleasant. I would like to have a room facing the pool if possible. thank you.

No guidance except emergency exit in the room. Floor had not been wiped, so my foot got dirty as I walked in the room. No dish towel in the kitchin, though there were minimum dishes. No face towel, hand towel. There were only bath towels.
