'Brilliant stay for one night in Chelsea. The area is absolutely amazing – tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, and your literally minutes from the Tube station which makes getting anywhere in London incredibly convenient. Also really close to some excellent museums if you're into that.
Room was spotless and had a really comfortable bed. The online check in was easy and WhatsApp support worked really well when I needed to ask a couple of questions.

'The room lost power on the first night (including air condition) , we sent a message to them as instructed we didn’t get an answer until 10 am and they said they would fix it in 30 minutes but they never came back and they didn’t fix it all morning. When we were leaving to start our day we reminded them and that is when they finally decided to fix it. 'This place is beautiful. They put a lot of thought into all the details. A true boutique feel. I would absolutely stay again. It is walking distance to King’s Cross Station and the surrounding area is delightful. The only reason I docked it a star is due to the check in process. 'Reception personnel were very accomodating and friendly. The suites are convenient for family travel, despite the sofa bed not being the best. Location is excelent for commuting in London and walking distance fo amazong attractions. Beautiful hotel, highly recommend.'

'Appartment set up with fridge and ability to prepare your own food. Very good bed, small bathroom but functional. Very good shower. All nice and clean. Located in Wood Wharf near Union Square. Subway within 5min walk. Restaurants and bar nearby. Would definitely recommend'
