reasonable for the city
upon arrival was treated well,but no kettle in the room!! asked for one but didnt have any??bar/club in the hotel,but not what we would call a european club.helpful staff,clean rooms, not a bad area,breakfast not the best,and no hot water available(for tea) unless you asked. but i enjoyed my stay there.

We were a family with 2 children and got a nice and clean 4 bed room for a good price. Pleasant staff who spoke well English, and even Finnish.. Good breakfast. Nice 10m swimming pool and sun beds on the roof.

I was disappointed. It was not worth the price of the night stay, and I would not call it a 4 star hotel.

OK but
This hotel was modern, clean and convienant. it was also in a good location; the price was too high. Although it included breakfast. One draw back, the staff gave me hard time with the pay eventhough it was prepaid [...]. They insisted that I repay them. But eventually it worked out after a long document presentation [...]; They are not too professional. Only one staff who was not of the front desk was nice. All front desk staff were rude.

Clean room and breakfest restaurent. Nice beds and bathroom. Breakfest Ok because of the pricing, you get valuta for your monny. Nice service, exelent-perfect location. We are 67 years old, and we had a nice vacation for 2 nights.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was very helpful and spoke enlish. The hotel is located in the center of the city. Shopping and dining was just foot steps away.

Le problème de cet hôtel, c'est
Le problème de cet hôtel, c'est qu'il se situe dans une zone extrêmement bruyante, dans le centre ville, à proximité de cafés et de bars ouverts une grande partie de la nuit. Avec cela plus les klaxons (même la nuit) ce n'est pas de tout repos. A déconseiller fortement pour les personnes qui recherchent un peu de calme.

Most of the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious but the room had a lot of mould on the walls and ceiling and the paint was peeling off the ceiling in the shower area. There was no pool as it looked like it was being renovated. The room smelt very fusty as did the wardrobes which culminated in all clothes smelling fusty. The state of the room may have been due to the pool leaking as we were on the seventh floor and the pool is on the eighth floor. The balcony was very dangerous and one could easily fall if one wasn't careful. Definitely not recommended for small children. Definitely not a four star hotel.
The reception area was very well kept and the rooms were cleaned well every day.The breakfasts at times was very limited with food running out so there was very little choice but the seating area was very spacious and well maintained.
I would recommend this hotel but beware of the seventh floor

front desk staff excellent. most
front desk staff excellent. most helpful & friendly. buffet breakfast is light continental variety. central location within easy walk of the minza, port and casbah museum. my room (203) was bright and fairly large with armchair, fridge and large screen lcd tv on the wall. only negative was the locks on the double glazed windows did not work. however there were metal shutters that could be lowered.

El hotel parecía infinitamente
El hotel parecía infinitamente mejor en el anuncio, en el cual parecía nuevo y elegante, pero las fotos no se correspondían con la realidad. Es un hotel viejo, y con escaso aire acondicionado, pero tiene una localización muy buena. Está a pocos metros andando del mirador que da al puerto, y está rodeado de salones de té, bares y restaurantes. La zona es muy ruidosa, al igual que el resto de Tánger!

j'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hotel
j'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hotel qui est, compte tenu de son emplacement, très bruyant, ( le bd Mohammed V est tres passager) mais il est pres de la medina.
Lors de mon séjour, la terrasse et la piscine étaient sales et tres défraichies (des gravats dans un coin) et il n'était pas possible de prendre un verre à la piscine, le bar était fermé.
La chambre était propre et spacieuse et le service agréable, j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Hola, el hotel esta en pleno centro, y por lo tanto muy ruidoso. La limpieza regular, a pesar de ser un 4 estrellas, deja un poco que desear. El personal correcto y el desayuno no esta mal. Para el precio que pagas todo correcto.

No está mal para ser un hotel
No está mal para ser un hotel de Marruecos, pero el precio no guarda relación con la calidad real. Algo alejado de la Medina, del aeropuerto o de la estación de tren, con un desayuno aceptable y unos precios exorbitados en el bar.
