'I have 2 sides The check- in process was much too long. There were four customers ahead of me, two were already being helped. It took 43 minutes until it was my turn. There were 5 customers behind me. When I made it to the counter, the entire staff seemed defeated. No welcome, no smile, nothing positive. Every time the phone rang, they stopped helping customers to answer the long calls. During the typhoon, housekeeping was just excellent, kind and very positive. They helped dry the room...

'台風の被害で自宅の停電が続いたため飛び石で2泊利用しました（中一日は別のホテル泊） エアコンは効きすぎるほど、シャワー等の水圧も良く、お湯モールしっかり出ました Wi-Fiもしっかり繋がり、快適にしごせました 朝食は直近のABCストアを利用 ローカルの家族が多く泊まっていて多少賑やかでしたが、気になって眠れないほどではありませんでした 建物も設備も古いので全てに満足したわけではないのですが、このような非常時に泊まるなら充分なホテルです ツーリストにこのレビューは役に立ちそうもないと思います'

'Had a quick little stay. Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out. Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests. No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer. Overall it could be a great hotel. Just needs a lot of work as long as they put the money into it. But unfortunately tourism is way...

'The staff are very helpful. WiFi was very slow that I ended up using my personal hotspot on my phone. The hotel is old and in need of renovation. Upon exiting the elevator, it smells musty. The shower door did not close all the way causing water to pool on the floor. The shower head would not stay up due to old fixtures and kept sliding down. The air conditioners were cold. The showers were hot. Parking sometimes was full and I had to park one floor up. Would probably stay there again because...
